I used to enjoy this Vince Outlet, but my last visit was disappointing due to terrible service. The older lady assisting us appeared to be RACIST!

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received at the Samsonite Store today. My husband purchased me a new backpack for my birthday. The salesman said it was new line with fasteners similar to Velcro but better when we purchased it on Dec 5th for $97.00. I took the backpack to Europe and the top would not stick down. Imagine traveling with a defective backpack and how frustrating it was! Today, I took it back to the store to exchange it for another product. I didn't go there thinking this would be a battle. I didn't ask for my money back, I just wanted a new backpack that was not defective. I did not have the ORGINAL receipt so she would not help me. I did however print my credit card receipt that had date of purchase, price, and store location. If she really wanted to help she could have! The manager at that store was so rude! Both the salesman and manager could tell the sticky strip didn't work. A manager should not raise their voice to a customer! What happened to service oriented managers that took pride in helping the customer. I've never experienced such poor customer service at a retail store as I did today. It's not my fault they sold a defective product.

We stopped by here while visiting Texas and saw some of the best outlet stores in one location that we've seen anywhere. We're definitely that family that goes to the outlets everywhere we visit. This had so many stores in one location, as well as the higher end stores, which was definitely exciting to see. We walked and walked and walked and there was always more stores to see and shop. You have to be careful here, there's so much to see and so much to buy. In addition, they had hot dog carts set up throughout the place as well as a couple food trucks since it is so busy. There are a ton of people there so expect traffic jams.

Great shopping here! Love the range on brands represented here as that's usually my hang up with outlet malls, but I didn't have that issue here. There was a plethora of stores that I love shopping in one spot-- H&M, Last Call, Off 5th, Victoria's Secret, The Cosmetic Company Store, Starbucks for refueling (front and center... lol) and so much more. I shopped, got my steps in, and I can't complain!

Great variety of stores! One of my wife's favorite places to shop as well as mine! The variety of different stores is huge ranging from inexpensive to the slightly higher end of things. If you are looking for quality and great selection, this is definitely the place to come! Be prepared to walk quite a bit and probably spend more than you intend to, as many "must haves" tend to happen and this is not a bad thing as the selection in all of the stores is wide and diverse and you never know what you may come across! Very nice amenities can be found here, such as the beautiful fountain and pond area, with shaded seating, restaurants, snacks and very clean restrooms that are family friendly. Being a open air type setup, demands good weather and early to get here during hot weather, tax free weekend and close to Christmas, it can get very busy and parking becomes a test of patience. Overall a unique and great place to shop!

The Premium Outlets are one of my favorite places to visit in San Marcos. There are plenty of places to park and they have pretty much any store you can think of. Some of my favorite stores are Kate Spade, The Watch Station and Auntie Annie's pretzel stand. The Outlets get especially crowded in the afternoons so that's something to keep in mind. The architecture of the buildings are beautiful and the stores are a decent size. They have a nice fountain and plenty of benches to sit. They have a couple of stands but not an actual food court.

I use to work at the Banana and I quit because going to an outlet is supposed to be fun and I didn't want to work retail anymore. Now that I don't work their I enjoy going (minus all the tourist). I would always ask myself "wtf is so good about this place" cause there are so many tourist from all over the US and world, but trust me now I know it's because these are 100% the best deals you will find in the entire US from first hand stores. I've been to stores and outlets all over the country, and no stores compare to these prices(not exaggerating).

This is an outlet mall, just like most other outlet malls, except HUGE! One thing that I noticed is that the prices weren't as discounted as I would have expected. I prefer the better discounts at Marshalls. Ladies, don't wear your heels here, there is simply too much walking. And, bring water. When I checked in on Yelp, I was given a $5.00 discount, redeemable at any store, but available only at Guest Services. I never could locate Guest Services, and I suppose I would have had to drive there, being told by a shopkeeper that it was at the other end. Don't forget water! And, don't make this a destination in Hot August!

Overall, the range of stores here was INCREDIBLE! We spent an entire afternoon going into multiple stores. I have to say that our best experience was in the Prada store. Initially, I was apprehensive to go into this store because I was intimidated, but the staff here was SO nice. They were very helpful and made us feel so welcome there! I will say that I was disappointed in many of the stores because the sales were not great. I guess I should have seen that coming, but I wanted more bargains and sales in the stores!

Thought this place was really good. Lots of high end places that I've heard of and lots that I haven't. We walked around this entire place and needless to say, it's huge. It's A LOT of walking! Was a very clean place and several places to eat at as well if you get hungry shopping. Good go to place if you need something to do while in San Marcos.

Great shopping, lots of parking, food options, tons of stores, and plenty of security. I enjoyed my girls' trip immensely simply because of this shopping experience.

Great service by Mario. Great selection of Vince items, truly one of my all time favorite brands. We shopped the Memorial day sale and found some amazing pieces for winter!

On our way from Fredericksburg Texas to Austin we stopped in at the San Marcos Outlet Mall in San Marcos. Supposedly this is the largest outlet mall in the USA. We were here a few years ago when they were just finishing construction. The place is humongous. It is very quality built in a classic Spanish Style. Everything you could imagine, every type of store you could imagine is here. It was great fun to wander and do some shopping. Parking is very easy. If you do a check in while you're there you get a five dollar coupon to use. Restrooms are plentiful and clean.

This place has EVERYTHING and most stores have AMAZING deals. I can't believe I've never been here before. I only had a limited amount of time but next time I go, I'll be sure to plan for an entire day.
