It's a typical post office... If you made an appointment for a government PIV card/fingerprinting, there is a separate queue inside the post office near the clerks. I would suggest getting there very early, and keep your head up for workers grabbing PIV applicants (it seems like first come, first serve!)

Had a scheduled redelivery and they never showed up. Went to pick up the mail at 9AM this morning and they weren’t open. How can a government run operation not at least run their scheduled hours of operation.

Went there for a USAccess appointment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ashley who did my fingerprints was awesome, so nice.

Never had issues here. Some of the employees can come across as having a mild attitude but it's very obvious that it's due to dealing with rude customers very often. Waited maybe 8 minutes to go up and ship out my package and the lady at the desk twice told me "I am so sorry for the delay/wait"... If an employee automatically says that to people after such a short wait it's clearly due to customers throwing fits often. Also as far as USPS in general goes, priority mail comes in time for me 99% of the time and only on one occasion have I had a package get stuck somewhere for a good period of time.PS: Louis DeJoy is scum

Honestly normally you all are on time everyday, but I had important packages coming and you all made sure I would get my stuff 5 hours later or not at all.

The passport lady is slow and rude. I won’t waste my time coming back to this location. I’ll drive an hour to new Braunfels.

I have called over 10 times over the last weeks trying to get information about something they were supposed to email me about months ago. Horrible customer service, at least on the phone side. It just rings and the hangs up. Not even a voice mail. Avoid this place if possible.

saturday was the only day i was able to come. it says they are open till 12 and i get there at 11:45 and everything is closed down. such a waste of time

First time passport applicant - it has been a nightmare trying to get it thus far. I will update if I ever get the process done.Update 10/16: I was able to get my passport. The wonderful lady that helped me, made the process really smooth. It is difficult to get ahold of their office, but other than that the location does an okay job!

Absolutely terrible service from the out of uniform clerk who wears glasses, a red hoodie, no name tag and always has an ear bud in. The “manager” does not seem to care about his employees behavior. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Came here to complete my USAccess enrollment, and Ashley was wonderful! She was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable — thank you Ashley!The facility was clean and accessible. Other staff was courteous as well.

I arrived at the location at about 9:30 AM on a Wednesday. The facility was accessible, clean, and in good repair. Only one customer waited in line ahead of me. The clerk provided cheerful, efficient service. So nice to have a good, local Post Office!

I was suppose to receive a package and again it says “attempted” when I go to pick up the package like I was told to I'm always greeted with the worst customer service I’ve ever received. All of them are rude the opposite of friendly. If you can please stay away from this post office at any cost!

this is the worst usa post office!!! my package was supposed to be delivered last two week!!! i called this location and nobody would answer the phone!!! i called the 800 number.... and after you spend 30-49 min to speak with a really person they dont have a clue where my package is
