Left me on hold for 30 minutes, after I literally had to call 11 times on 3 separate days to even get them to answer the phone. I am still on hold, pretty sure they forgot.

Stupid company that would allow to buy stuff in the store, but not order it online for me motivating it by my citizenship. I study and work in the States, I am lawful here, I got my visa from the second attempt with blood sweat and tears. And now I cannot buy Texas State sweatpants to wear in my house for the money I earned as a grad assistant at Texas State? something is just wrong with their management

Poorly managed, badly organized, and overpriced.Giant lines on day 1 for students to pick up their textbooks, was any planning done for this?Do better than this mediocre service, especially with how much we are paying!Stop wasting students time because you can't plan well enough to deliver the materials students already paid for.Unacceptable!

Store has most if not all your required supplies in store. They do offer some computer essentials as well as calculators. The clothing side of the store over all is a has a moderate selection, but you will find that while the store looks full, alot of the same merchandise has been placed in multiple locations to make it appear to have a larger selection of clothing. Very friendly staff with little wait times. It does have a small section of corner store type supplies for on the go needs.

Super scammy. Waited in a long check out line. Tried to price match a book and was immediately told “it has to be Amazon” (which, online it says bookstore will match Amazon AND most competitors). But okay, cool, I pulled up Amazon. Then, they said they can only give a gift card for the difference to the bookstore… well then what is the point of price matching to save money??? It does not say this anywhere. I was shown no policy about this, just had to go along with what the guy said as the truth. I could tell I was getting nowhere so I just put my book back and bought it on Amazon. Basically we price match but not really because you have to spend the money you saved in the bookstore. When I told the person in charge that it says nothing about a “gift card” online, he quoted the website: “find further details in-store.” ?? What a shame.

They will hilariously offer you to buy a CD version of your overpriced textbook after waiting literally an entire month for it to come in. After being told it's been back ordered for weeks straight and wasting so much of my time, they cancel it once they figured that it's missing an entire month after the order has been placed.

I know everyone’s trying their best, but I have ordered my books a fat minute ago and I still have not been able to receive them. I need my books for my classes asap and it’s kind of hard to do so when my books are not ready to be picked up... PLUS they don’t answer the phone EVER. Okay

I ordered an e-textbook. Even though the website accepted my address. This website seems to only accept orders from local address (although an e-textbook is a digital file). At least I didn't pay directly with my card.

Everything in the store is high quality. Great variety of items to chose from. Clothing in all sizes. People are super friendly. Thanks Allie, Vanessa, Jordan and John for your help.

The bookstore is good if you want to buy Texas state apparel but don’t buy your books here. They are WAY over priced and you can get them way cheaper on amazon or Chegg. I ordered a book through them and they told me it would be in within a week, two weeks later and my book still isn’t here & it’s the 4th week of school, I need it for an exam, it’s ridiculous.

HORRIFYINGLY TERRIBLE. I ordered a clicker online more than a week ago and it's still not ready. What is the purpose of having an online order feature if it takes longer to get an order fulfilled than to go in person and wait in line to get what you need? Y'ALL HAVE CLICKERS IN STOCK YET I AM HAVING TO WAIT TO GET IT JUST CAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TAKING THEIR SWEET TIME TO GET THEM OUT OR ARE SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. I walked in and asked an employee to get a resolution to this matter TWICE and one time a lady told me I just have to wait which I did and a week later I came in asking another woman who told me to wait in line to ask why I still don't have my clicker. MIND YOU THE LINE WAS 100+ PEOPLE LONG WITH ONLY 2 PEOPLE HELPING STUDENTS. I don't have time to wait forever just to get such a simple matter resolved. To top everything off they do not even have a working phone number listed anywhere. LAST TIME I EVER ORDER FROM THIS BOOK STORE AGAIN.

Less than a week before summer classes start and books that are needed are still not on shelves and workers admit to them staying boxed up. Online hours that are on the website do NOT match up to what the actual operating hours are. Second trip to San Marcos just to be disappointed, again, and not able to obtain my textbook before the start of classes solely because workers do not want to unbox them yet. Hours are MON-FRI 8-5. SAT&SUN CLOSED.

They have books in stock but not on the shelves, and take a week to get a book you purchase online. Not all professors release their syllabus that early.

The bookstore employees on the second floor do not care to help you order books that are not in stock. Also I hate that you can't even go find your own books yourself, we are not children. The people on the first floor are always sweet. It's a mixed bag
