Left me on hold for 30 minutes, after I literally had to call 11 times on 3 separate days to even get them to answer the phone. I am still on hold, pretty sure they forgot.

They will hilariously offer you to buy a CD version of your overpriced textbook after waiting literally an entire month for it to come in. I know everyone’s trying their best, but I have ordered my books a fat minute ago and I still have not been able to receive them. I need my books for my classes asap and it’s kind of hard to do so when my books are not ready to be picked up... PLUS they don’t answer the phone EVER. Okay
