Rudest woman at the front door. Get better employees because they’re clearly so miserable with their jobs and their lives. And better yet, don’t hire employees who don’t know correct grammar and pronunciation and then have the audacity to try correct the customer in the rudest tone possible, ON THEIR OWN ADDRESS. Horrible place to go. Good luck yall.

I live in a new neighborhood that built a big beautiful mail box center just 2 houses down. Unfortunately, the USPS does not have the Arrow key to access the mailboxes so I have to pick up all my mail at the post office going on a month now. Some neighbors claim to be waiting 4 months. They lost my package today. It is the biggest waste of our tax dollars. Extremely inefficient and never have any solutions. Many nice people working there. Leadership is lacking. That's the way I feel every day when I stand around waiting for them to look for my packages after driving to the post office.

I am beyond pissed with the service! I’ve let the first few times slide thinking it was me not hearing the knocks for my packages. Going back and rewatching the ring videos because I figured they’d ring the bell if they really tried to leave the package. I watched the video today showing the mail man sitting in his truck filling out the form not even trying to knock or ring the bell.

I needed an important package with meds for a loved one and walked in after work feeling urgent and emotional. (The courier who had my package was new and had dropped a "sorry we missed you/ schedule redelivery" slip in my box. ) My only option if I wanted to get it today was to wait. I sat there for 2 hours working on a side project and watched Maggie and Ernest handle one difficult customer after another with so much patience.
Maggie is the one I primarily dealt with. She deserves an award, a raise-- something!-- for all the grace, professionalism, and humanity she showed. She's an exceptionally kind and level headed human being.
I see all the negative reviews and I understand--we all want our packages asap, but these people have a huge workload. And sometimes there are things outside of their control. (Who can't relate to that? )
What I know is that this staff went out of their way for me on an extra busy day. And I will always appreciate that. THANK YOU!

If you’re trying to get mail to San Marcos… DONT. Unless you’re going here to drop off mail, don’t even bother. They wont help you with anything else.

Marco discriminated against me and refused to service me for having a service dog. I had to wait almost an hour just to see the post master. While i was waiting I was yelled at, disrespected, asked to leave. Marco never attempted to help me. He wasn’t in a post office uniform and did not even have a name tag. Once the post master the treatment did not get any better. I told the post master about the discrimination against me and my service dog. (by the way i had to ask her, her name three times because she refused to tell me) (sonja a women in plaining clothes with no name tag and an attitude) Her response was “so whats your business her? Do you need a parcel or mail?” Yes this was after i told her that i was discriminated against and not served by an employee. No one had name tags or uniforms on either…im guessing thats because the post master doesnt care about postal regulations. Things to expect when you go here: No name tags, no uniforms, no poster 7…but there will be discrimination, disrespect, unprofessionalism and an uncaring attitude. There is a lot of do what i say not as i do behavior here because no one can stop them for acting this way. They have all the mail and if they dont like you then you dont get service whether you disabled, have a service dog, and or a veteran they dont care who you are…if you dont do what they tell you they wont help you…if you dont like it then they will yell at you until you do.

The management here is the worst. I have tried calling this facility multiple times a day, on different days and no one answers. Went in and the supervisor said, yeah, that phone is in a different office that no one is ever in. Obviously, super helpful to customers, right? Move the phone!!!!

This is NOT a main post office. It's a big building but you can only drop off/pick up boxes, etc. Can't get any forms for anything. Gotta do a change of address online!!

I'm new in the city. Unfortunately, they don't deliver my packages and I have to go to the facility to pick them up. Always, there are so many people in the line and the line does not even move. The facility have only one window for all the people standing in the line.

God. This usps facility is so terrible! Whoever delivered my package attempted it one day without bringing it to my porch the only tried to put it in a parcel locker. (i have a ring so i know they didn’t) Then they didn’t attempt again so now I have to go and pick it up at the facility. This is ridiculous, all my other packages were delivered to my porch and I have never had this problem before! Really annoying.
