Wifey is very picky with her beauty supplies, and she LOVED this place, her "new favorite store" as she claims.
She found supplies that are usually very hard to get.
In her opinion, it's a little pricey but worth it.

I was so excited to have my makeup appointment here, got a call that my appointment was pushed back 30 minutes and a price was quoted for the formal makeup which she said included eyelashes, only to arrive at the location and wait almost an hour and was quoted a different price, in addition she mentioned I had to purchase my own lashes from the store and then pay additional for installation.
I honestly do not mind paying the fee, but having two different people tell me different things left me feeling distrustful towards the whole store, and please if you have no time slot please just say so, I would have missed my appointment if I hadn’t just left and did my own makeup by myself!

Booked an appointment for partial highlight, the girl was teasing my hair and lighting it. I stressed to Rocio not to touch my root area because it was perfectly dark. The way I wanted it. She did not listen to what I said instead she highlighted the top area, not the area that I wanted her to and she laid left bleeding on the side of my temple. Tammy schedules me for a consultation at 10:30 on Sunday morning. I'm driving 35 minutes and I had five minutes to go to get there and I received a message that says my appointment had been canceled due to no-show at 10 AM, I called the store and I spoke to Tammy who was extremely rude, and basically didn't wanna deal with me so she tries to get her on the phone and I hung up. If you can, please avoid this they need to retrain their beauty consultants. I gave them a second chance after the first time a year ago when they messed up my hair really bad, I will never go back to this store.

The reason why I am deciding to give this location this score, is because I have had a terrible experience twice now. First off, the order I placed was written incorrectly on an Ulta bag without a barcode or name, and I had to search for a receipt order#, when I usually just give my ID & I’m set. It seemed like pure laziness by whomever picked my order. I made an order online for pick up, and it showed that half of my order was available. I asked the cashier/manager, why would that be? Since it did show this product to be in stock at this location. That was the sole purpose why I decided to choose pick up at this specific location. I don’t even live near this location. She then explained to me that, maybe the other item is actually out of stock or it was found damaged. Okay, understood. I then asked if they have received more shipments since I ordered it? I ordered the product on Sunday, and now today is Thursday. She then responded with, no they haven’t received anything since. So, I decided to go LOOK for myself, and the product WAS ON THE SHELF. I then brought it to the cashier and said, it is in stock and it’s right here. She then told me, that the “unavailable product” was processed to be refunded and I would have to repurchase the item that was initially suppose to be in my order to begin with! I felt lied to and I hated that I had to waste my time looking for something that should’ve been done by an Ulta employee. It was overall just an awful experience. I’ve started shopping elsewhere for my items. The employees at Ulta have changed behaviors over the years, the customer service is nonexistent. I’ve seen women texting while ringing me up on the register, having full blown GOSSIP conversations to each other about coworkers in front of customers, some have attitude issues with doing what they are hired to do - which is to help customers. I just no longer enjoy shopping at Ulta, as much as I use to. I’ve slowly started to branch out to other companies for my products.

I came here recently and I purchased 3 perfumes and although I can always find everything I'm looking for here I feel the prices of the perfumes were rather expensive. Nevertheless I'm very happy with my purchases. The cashier was very friendly. Great service

The store had a large selection of merchandise neatly displayed. I was looking for a gift and was assisted in finding one. The line was long but went very fast. The cashier was cheerful and very pleasant, considering how busy it was. Good job.
