Please fire the guy with the mask Twin Liquor. I've been to many of your locations and frequent the Seguin store. This guy is hands down your worst employee I've come across. Serious Mall Security guard energy.

Clerk Lady was very happy and helpful. Bit pricey. $13 for mini margaritas. Maybe that's normal now with Joe in charge.

I usually stop at the Twin Liquors in Dripping Springs which is small but has great customer service and a decent variety of liquors..The cashier did not ask me if I needed help or offered any assistance..When I asked about prices and questioned why the same bottle was less elsewhere his answer was " maybe there's an increase during the holidays".. I absolutely do not recommend this store.

To the owner of this location, find someone to replace the mask guy ASAP because paying someone 3 more dollars per hour would be worth replacing him. He required that everyone in our vehicle come in and show their ID since it is “state law”. Prior to marking this request he did not allow us to enter the store because “they’re were too many people in the store”. If they’re are too many people in the store then why does everyone have to come back inside? Seems pretty contradictory to me. I was also told the the cops would be called on me if I were to renter the store after telling the mask man I was just going to the gas station instead. The gas station next door now has my business forever. This store will go out of business soon if the man in the mask stays an employee

Dude with the mask was the rudest guy I’ve ever seen. Kicked a group of friends and I out and then threatened to call the police on us for no reason. Just go next door and buy beer, trust me

This dumpy moron behind the counter tried to card me...and I'm almost 40. My ID just expired. He would not sell me liquor. Try dealing with the Texas DMV actually getting what you need done post COVID. First off, he had no business IDing me in the first place. I am middle aged and sober. Secondly, my age has not changed because my ID has met it's shelf life. I'm not carrying around a giant passport at my age so a dumbass like this can bring money into his place of employment. No. Instead I'm never coming here again, and now I understand why this place looks raggedy and post apocalyptic. No wonder, since your employees won't sell their product to the people trying to give them money for it. I am always amazed by how dumb people are and the bar keeps getting set lower and lower. He told me it's illegal to sell me alcohol when the Texas state government TABC website says that Texas State Law DOES NOT REQUIRE a person over 21 to present an ID to buy alcohol in Texas. Again, I am 38 and it's been a long week. Find a smarter person to run the counter. Please. That was irritating and nonsensical beyond belief.

Just stopped by early Monday morning for my bottle, no guy at the register and no sign of life in the store. Even some other guys that were waiting infront of the store didn't know what was going on. Other than that I've had easy experiences every other time I've been so a decent store compared to their others. 3.5/5 better than other stores I've been too but the staff needs work.

Andi was amazing! Helped me find the wine I was looking for, educated me about it and gift wrapped it for free. I was in and out in a jiffy. The store is attractive, spacious and cool, with a huge selection!

During deer season we stop in 2 or 3 times and spend at least $100 each time. A few weeks ago we pulled in with a trailer in tow. The parking lot is small but we still parked where we weren’t blocking other places. I picked up two large bottles of Crown and sat them on the counter. The employee (male) asked if that was our vehicle and I replied yes. He told me we needed to move our vehicle, you can’t park like that. I disagreed to myself but started out the door to move. He informed me he was not going to sell me any alcohol because we were blocking his parking lot. The parking lot was empty and we turned around in the lot. Needless to say this store lost our business for good.

Extremely rude staff not helpful in any way especially "Brent". Yelled at some poor lady for adjusting her mask, very aggressive and over unpleasant experience avoid this place
