My wife bought me a gun cabinet from TSC for Christmas and after unboxing it I saw it was damaged. I returned it to the store and spoke with Sunny (not sure what her last name is). She didn’t have the same model I had but had another one which was a Winchester and it was a little bigger and better. After getting it home I realized the spare keys wasn’t with it (it has a combination too). Turns out the store didn’t have them either and in my opinion Sunny went above and beyond what a normal store sales person would do. She spent forever and a day on the phone with Winchester and made sure I got the keys. Sunny made this whole experience very pleasant.

Why go any place other than Tractor Supply? Great selection, informed employees, great value for propane, garden supplies and much more. The best propane prices in town.

The employees here at this tractor supply are so amazing! I was trying to order something for my son and ran into soooo many problems. Michelle tried her best for over an hour to get through to customer solutions, and they kept hanging up on her, which was really frustrating! Lauren Nicole was the absolute star for me. She took control and got the matter resolved. I am so conflicted writing this review because the store itself deserves a zero because of how hard it was to accomplish buying and delivering an object over $500.00 after two hours in the store and Lauren Nicole rescuing me.... the item was delivered the next day damaged. Solid steal welded cages should not have broken bars. By that point, my son was over it, and I was leaving back to California. Otherwise, I would have made it, then come pick it up and bring a different one. So, the stars are only for the employees.... NOT THE store

Great costumer service. Love the staff! They are amazing. Would recommend to anyone who asked. They do NOT sell live poultry at this location due to city ordinance. You're gonna have to go to a different location. But these guys are great!

I like to think of tractor supply of a specialty hardware store . While Lowes or another big box store may be cheaper overall ,tractor supply will more then likely have the items not found elsewhere. If still not found ,they will point you in the direction of a online purchase. Staff are good in the fact of trying to help so I gave them four stars for effort. However, good intentions are nice but they were unable to help me when I described what I was looking for . I have a tendency of speaking quickly so I tried to go slower but I think it made it worse. Turned into a game of charade's in a hose fitting isle .. me: looks like, sounds like.... Him: blank look ....???? I am not being critical or rude just factual. Anyways, I found what I was looking for on my own and was rang up and out the door in a timely fashion. Cashier is on point ..

After visiting your store recently , I got lost looking for dog food & potting soil as they weren’t in the same spot but after retracing my steps there were clear signs directing me towards the path. There is also a newly built greenhouse apart of TSC San Marcos that extends the longevity & increasing quantity of the plant inventory while also giving me a nice experience walking around before gathering my soil.

The college kids working at this location aren't helpful at all. I've already become accustomed to knowing they're going to just regurgitate if the item isn't on shelf it's not available. Which I've disproven countless times. Having to order specific items via online and selecting curbside or pickup at the particular location I've been told product wasn't available at. Tends to occur each time I need something specific that only this store carries. Not only does this stores management condone and encourage lying to customers to avoid stock checks. They allow their female cashier to talk about partying after work and how close they reside to bars and how good they drive whilst intoxicated. The utter lack of concern to hold conversations like this in front of customers. Just lends itself to how management cares about the business. This particular conversation took place on 5/6/2023 near 7:45 or closing of store. Two other male associates were in this unprofessional conversation. Lack of concern to just speak in that manner amongst coworkers. Suggests these employees may be of relation to management since they feel no risk of termination. Blatantly ignoring a paying customer to speak about something like drinking and driving and proximity to these bars. Makes one ponder the possibilities of how this worker lacks simple conversation etiquette in front of customers. What other unhinged things are discussed at this tractor supply location. Horrible service and lack of care really showed this day.

I love this store. They are always friendly. I buy my feed there, but also have bought panels for our fence, propane fills for our tanks and other things that are we use around our house. Love the vet care. We have used the Saturday vet clinic for our animal vaccines for inexpensive way to get our cats and dogs vaccinated. I've never had a bad experience here and I've used them for at least 10 years

The staff is very friendly, especially the nice lady who works the register each time I have been in.I moved here around Christmas and this has been kinda my go to place for getting our garden setup and yard machinery. Overall I would recommend.That said their online service is horrible.I bought a whole bunch of dormant plants and strawberry starts and 95% were just dead and never grew.I placed a review on the products explaining what had happened (at this time noticed there were a whole bunch of reviews with same issue). I was polite, no swearing or anything like that. However, a few days later i recieved a email stating that my review was rejected and would not be published.There was no explanation of what was wrong with the review, no way to respond to the email to follow up and no way to pursue it other than to read their FAQ.As someone who recieved 160 dollars of dead product it was like a kick to the gut to not be able to try to save someone else from it, on top of having my issue ignored as they state multiple times in their email how much they value my feedback etc.Unfortunately, my only course of action now is to write a review on Google where the store can not censor the issue.Not necessarily anything that this particular location has done but this is my point of contact and maybe it will get whoever runs their customer service to revisit the way they treat customers with complaints.2 star because I would give the location a 4 but their customer service gets a 0.
