My vehicle is actually being towed right now so I will follow up with a final review after, but honestly I called Rios towing because I called every towing company available , I didn’t know what to do when my car just stopped working in town! Out of all the companies I spoke with not only did Rios towing have the best rate, they were kind and understanding! In the midst of a crisis like having your vehicle quit on you and having to worry what could be wrong with it the last thing you need is someone to price gouge and or be rude or mean, RIOS TOWING is considerate kind and they care!!!! God blessed my search for a tow truck by leading me to Rios Towing and I hope they receive many blessings in return???”

“Thank you Sean for being so kind and understanding, even in the middle of the night! Called around 1 am or so because I thought I needed a tow because my shifting knob was stuck in park. Dispatcher was very nice and Sean called me back promptly to get my location and the details of the situation. Sean showed up within 30 minutes and checked it out, turns out I didn't need a tow after all, and he was extremely kind about the entire situation, even though I felt silly and bad that I called them out in the middle of the night and didn't need to after all!I had already called several locations around san marcos before calling them, and NONE of them had a driver available on a week night! I was so happy they were able to help and were so great about it too! I will definitely remember them and be using them if the unfortunate event comes when I actually DO need to be towed. Thanks guys! Y'all are amazing! Shout out to Sean for sure he is great!”
