THRC downtown has always been my home, both while in college and coming back for work. Everyone there is super friendly, and the gym has all the machines you need to continue knocking down fitness goals. I’ll miss my THRC fam in Dallas.

I absolutely love having access to THRC downtown 24/7. This gym has such a great vibe. I love the cleanliness, the staff, and the fun events they coordinate every month. I definitely recommend.

Great gym and open 24/7! Really nice facility with everything you need. Elias is a great option if you are considering taking that next step and getting training.
