Visited Wash Tub San Marcos on 8/5 with BMW 2024 X3 paper plates & received multiple scratches on my vehicle. Michael the Manager of San Marcos reached out and planned a time and didn’t show up. Covering manager Chris was unaware of my arrival in absence. Planned another day to meet with Marco the Area manger and he states it’s not scratches. My car still has paper plates brand new and had absolutely no scratches prior to this car wash. I was even given a tour of the tunnel - filthy brushes that rub up against EVERY vehicle that are NEVER cleaned per Marco. The walls are FILTHY! I even witnessed another Blue Cadillac receive SIMILAR scratches as my car while on the tour! Pictures attached below - the lack of customer service, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I’ve already spoken with upper management and no solution has been made for the damages to vehicle.
9/11/24- The Wash Tub damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility. Here is the area manager trying to fix the scratches that were put on my car. If you didn’t cause the damage he should’ve never touched my vehicle and claimed they weren’t done by the wash tub from the beginning.
I’m still pending a response for the demand letter for damages

Nicest staff ever! I went here to get my car vacuumed out after my car was infested with baby spiders and they offered to do it for free. I still tipped 20 dollars but I cannot thank this place enough as a college student who was scared out of their mind!

Most time ever for a simple car wash with 3 card in front of me. Significantly slower than ever before. Will not be purchasing anymore coupons after the ones I have are used up. Disappointing.

I came in with a broken front bumper and instead of running my car thru the car wash and possibly tearing off the bumper I was notified and refunded. Highly appreciated.

The worst and the worst experience I've ever had in a car. Wash when you comes to hand car wash. If you love your car. Do not go over there. I do not recommend it to anybody. The worst service, the worst cleaning.They don't know how to Clean course I even tell him I'll pay you more money.Clean my My car good I wish I never sent it over there.They are the worst But I might do a lot so They scratched on my car

Great service! These folks do a fantastic job of making sure your car looks as great as can be. Prices are excellent for what you get which is a vacuum, wash and hand drying. Highly recommended. Will need to come here if I need any detail work.

I love to give a great review when deserved. However, this is not one. I never leave bad reviews, but I feel like I just got robbed of $209.00. My car is in the same shape it was when I brought it in. In some aspects, it got worst. I’m not sure what went on for 2hrs and 45min, but it wasn’t my car being detailed. Please save your hard earned money and go to a true detail shop.

Haley, Michael and Sneed did an amazing job, they went above and beyond to clean up spilled paint in my truck. Very happy I went to the San Marcos location to get this mess cleaned up. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and overall experience. I will definitely be returning to this location anytime I need a detail or even a regular wash. I wish I could give this experience more than 5 stars!
