Honestly worst place to ever live, to start out the place was disgusting when I moved in. Every time I turn around something is breaking in the apartment, the fridge broke 2 months into living here and I had to throw out 200 dollars worth of food and they did nothing, I was towed even with the sticker on my car and still had to pay to get it out, and was not compensated for that either. The people who work here are disrespectful and not courteous at all. I live under the demo apartment and the staff will go up there at 8 am and start sliding furniture, pacing through the apartment with heels on, banging around, dropping things. And as someone who works an overnight job it’s purely disrespectful of them to do that even if I didn’t work an overnight job. I was awoken one morning 9am to what sounded like gunshots outside my door, to only find out they were throwing boxes of heavy materials over the balcony literally two steps from my front door , which is a major safety hazard and again just disregarding anyone who might be sleeping. I am so fed up with this place and I haven’t even lived here a year yet, and I haven’t even mentioned everything that has happened. This place is purely hell to live at, and has caused so much stress and anxiety beyond what school and work does

Don’t sign here. Everything from Management, Corporate, Leasing agents, and Maintenance are awful. Moved into my apartment which was full of mold, mildew, spiders, rats, and fleas. Complained to office staff and was told none of that was there beforehand and it was my fault. (mind you I had just moved in that same day). Reached out to corporate, hoping for some answer or even sympathy. received nothing back but instead it just so happens the property manager reached out instead telling me that maintenance has a lot of places that need help and they will get to mine soon. They didn’t get to me for a week. Mind you, this wasn’t just my apartment either, my friends lived in 2 separate apartments and had close to the same issues as I did. Now moving on to general issues. Office staff is completely unprepared and unprofessional. Half of the time they either have airpods in or are dressed/look as if they just got up. I feel as if i am a burden to them every time i walk through the doors. I am unable to get my amazon packages for about 5 hours after they arrived at the office. The printer only works less than half the time and only a few computers work as well. The pool is filthy, and the hot tub has not worked in over 5 months. Half of the stuff in the gym is broken. To top everything off, for everything to be half working, and the apartment to be in the shape they are, they raised rent another $100. Gladly moving back to the oasis next year.

If you want to lease here, save time and go somewhere else! My friend and I decided to lease here as the leasing manager, Lyndsey advertised this apartment greatly. Little did we know, we were being completely blindsided. To begin with, management has been absolutely terrible. I had a sudden death in the family the same week as move-in was projected. Due to family circumstances and having to travel for the funeral and funeral arrangements, I asked to move in a day earlier and they told me no. The staff mentioned that moving in early was not approved as maintenance ensured the unit was properly inspected and ready for move-in. I was in desperate need of help, I emailed the property manager, Tyler Adams, only for me not to get ONE response back. Not even a "Sorry for the late reply!".Fast forward to days after moving in..It is 2 am and I hear a loud thump. Startled from my sleep I wake up and see the railing that holds my clothes from the closet has COMPLETELY FALLEN (See picture below). I immediately send in a maintenance request only for staff to let me know maintenance is extremely busy with other move-ins, and I may have to wait a week. What happened to the time I was denied moving in early due to maintenance ensuring my unit was working properly??THEN, I notice the apartment a/c has not been working properly. I immediately call the front desk and request an emergency maintenance request due to a/c issues, and they told me they would "work" on it. My roommate and I took it upon ourselves to see what was happening with the A/C unit only to discover that the A/C has been FROZEN and the air filter looks like this (again, see pictures below). Still no sign of maintenance..It has barely been two weeks since moving in and I am extremely disappointed and scared to see what the remainder of my lease holds. The least I could do is warn the people looking for this greatly advertised apartment to not sign here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not lease here!

Nice and very friendly staff. They all were very attentive, respectful & helpful. I applaud these staff members considering how difficult it can be working in that specific industry, especially student living.

Management is not great and very disorganized. Our pool has been broken for over a MONTH and still no immediate plans to fix it. They closed all clubhouse amenities during this time as well. It seems management is punishing residents for something that could have been prevented with proper safety measures. The leasing office shortened their hours and are rarely open. The units themselves are nice but the location is busy and loud.

Never sign here! The office will add unnecessary charges and they will try to squeeze every penny out of you when they can. Absolutely horrible.

Be careful trying to sign here. The company is very unorganized. Pretty sure whoever is running it must be new here. They will most likely screw up your lease then try to charge you extra without even sending over a lease after your application was approved/complete for days. No hate to the front desk people since its not their fault and they just work there, they don’t even know whats going on either. But the people above them like the managers are the problem. They will probably mess up and not send you a lease then try and flip the story around after they admit they don’t know why they didn’t send a lease over. Even if you have receipts of them not doing their job correctly they don’t care. Basically to avoid this make sure you ask to speak with a manager and BEG them to send you one since that’s the only way to get a lease. Because like I said above when you call and the front desk people answer the phone they will be confused too on why you weren’t sent a lease. So its better to go to the top and beg.

The ave is all around not organized and very rude. They screwed up my whole lease and upcharged me without informing me. I don’t recommend dealing with this apartment.

Lived in 2 apartments here and genuinely loved it. For the price you pay, for the space and amenities as well. You can't beat it.
