Very unprofessional and lacks proper customer service. The manager acted like he wasnt aware of the incident but he was. He had a chance to help me, but he didn't even try. He just shrugged and said," I can't help you". I've been shopping here for years with no problem, until now.

Reny was amazing!!! She went above and beyond when a package was accedently delivered to this location and did everything to get my mail to me!! Always lovely to stop into this little target.

Beware! tows customers cars from parking lot while your shopping if your there more than 45 minutes. This is their posted policy for parking because residents of the apartments block all the spots if they don’t’ -quoting mgr.

Neutral in review. Customer service could be better. Each employee we've encounter seem annoyed/bothered when asking for assistance. Isles are mostly stocked but only when shopping mid week. We specifically make our day shopping and each time a request for hot dogs, staff simply state they're out or "it will take 20mins" Even when we've offered to return and still purchase (3) hot dogs, popcorn and drinks staff express annoyance. No friendly ness from many except cashiers that we feel forced to converse

Target at Concho St San Marcos, TX 78666A salesgirl (Fair and short with curly hair) at the cashier counter helped me with great concern and care to find an item which was discontinued at target but later on I was able to get it online later on due to her help.She had great concern and care to find that Item for me which I was desperately looking ( Threshold stoneware Genesis Stripe) .i wish I could have got her name to note it here. I met her 0n 7/1/23 around 9-10 am hours.Good luck to you and thanks.P
