Target is not a bad place to go to when you are in need of something. Anytime I have gone to this location there is always a line for self-checkout. Never seem to have enough lanes open for check out. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is not bad.

They have great products, especially if you're looking for organic and cruelty free. Do NOT order online and pay with Affirm. I had screenshots of the item I bought, the amount I paid, the credit card that was used, and the order number. That was not enough for them to do a return. That's insane and I have never had a problem like that with Amazon, or with Walmart, who I hate supporting But I will probably buy more from them now because it is such a problem to do returns. It turns out that the product receipt was sent to my junk mail, which I did not check. If I had not been able to find that they would not have done the return which is just poor customer service. I have learned my lesson, and I will not be ordering through target online ever again.

Neutral in review. Customer service could be better. Each employee we've encounter seem annoyed/bothered when asking for assistance. Isles are mostly stocked but only when shopping mid week. We specifically make our day shopping and each time a request for hot dogs, staff simply state they're out or "it will take 20mins" Even when we've offered to return and still purchase (3) hot dogs, popcorn and drinks staff express annoyance. No friendly ness from many except cashiers that we feel forced to converse

I called them asking for Pokémon for my family due to being collectors, the person who answer said they had a lot and when we got here there was none. We drove 40 minutes and had terrible service

I walk inside and there was hand sanitizer station provided for you at the front door and also a face mask for free. I was shopping specifically for swimsuits and pet products and kitchen products,. I found the kitchen supplies that I needed and the swimsuit in my size was available, I did not find the pet selection Was very big so I did not find what I was looking for in the pet Department. The staff wore facemasks but they did not reinforce the social distance or sanitize the right before the next person was in line to purchase some thing at the checkout.

Beware! Do not go to this shop if you care about your personal safety right now. They are not following the state mandated mask orders. Allowing customers to shop and enter without a mask on. Management clearly does not care about your safety in this store currently.

I would like to give my highest rate to this store's staff. In spite of the small store for the community size, they always greet you well. Isles are well kept.

Huge disparity at ALL Target stores... Look at all the men's clothing pictures, and then just browse all of the styles... You're conclusion??? Yesterday, I'm shopping for a long sleeve button down shirt for worK. Now, I'm in my mid 50's and about 6' and 240. Not your super thin man. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But, all of the men's clothing were obviously styled AND sized for thin men. They have great photos as display and good looking men. I'm just not one of them NOR do I wear a "slim" size in anything. All I could find in all different types of shirts were marked "Slim". Everywhere, all you could find was "Slim" size clothes. Then if you look at the colors and choices, you'll agree this store is for thin men. Again, not that there is anything wrong with that. It's their audience... no problem. But let's not advertise, your store is for all. Anything but!! Unless, you're a slim man. See my point. Please don't misunderstand my message... this has nothing too do about being slim. I happen to like Target in a gently overpriced way. My wife loves Target. See why I shop there? Sad that this big of a chain caters to one audience and advertises like its for all. Not even close Target. If they had a heavyset section, I'd probably find something I could wear to work! They do carry about one "standard" size in each line, but it's just one... I asked the clothing person for assistance and she said "no, that's pretty much it..." Off to Men's Warehouse...

BEWARE: I really like this location and customer service has improved in the last two years BUT their Target.com operations needs a little polishing. I have ordered several items the last few months without a glitch BUT don't ever cancel electronically once the order has been placed. They will withhold your money for two weeks and possibly keep you from making another quick purchase elsewhere or in the store. When you call the customer service line, you are immediately sent overseas to a foreign country. They don't understand your questions or vice versa. Frustrating. If you are having to cancel a target.com order, DO IT IN PERSON otherwise you will be waiting two weeks for them to release your money.

My daughter attends college in San Marcos, TX. She went to Target and purchased a new laptop and the Microsoft products to download. the Microsoft comes on a card that you get an activation code. She tried to download it, but it would never activate. The person at the Target store said bring it in, this happens all the time. She got there and they said this is considered a gift card and they could not refund her money and did not offer to replace it. Customer service and Corporate HQ was contacted and they also said they could not help us. Microsoft told me I had to deal with the store. Poor customer service. My college student lost her $70. Don't shop there!! Angry Mom!!

Store and bathrooms are always dirty. Sheet says its clean but it wasn't. Told Manager she said a new crew hadn't gotten to it yet but when I informed her it said the task was complete when she and I agreed it hadn't she didn't seem to care or want to fix it in any way. It just sucks when people said they did something when its obvious it had not been done. Don't trust target here.

I actually enjoy this store. But, as the anchor in the shopping center they inhabit, why hasn't Target stepped up to get the giant pothole fixed which exists at the entrance to their shopping center? Their name is the top on the sign at Stone Creek Crossing, but who would want to be on such a sign when immediately below it is a pothole large enough to swallow a small car. Shame on you Target! Pull your weight and do your job! Get that pothole fixed or my business goes elsewhere!

I called the San Marcos Target Saturday and asked if they had a grey stripped twin comforter by Magnolia Hearth and Hand. I was told they had one twin and 3 full comforters. When I got there an hour later, that is how far away I live, they did not have any comforters at all by that brand. The person who helped me in the store said "really sorry". I think it was the same person I spoke with on the phone. He was apologetic but he wasted 2 hours of my time. They need to have a better system if someone calls in.
