Sync has been a wonderful apartment community. Maintenance has always been easy to schedule and fast. The staff are wonderful, and I just love my apartment, the nature views, and the quiet complex so close to downtown San Marcos.

I’ve only recently moved in, but it was completely clean and a seamless process. The amenities are absolutely insane… love the pool/gym. So far I’ve had one maintenance issue that happened over the weekend, and Monday morning someone was there to fix it! The folks in the leasing office are super responsive and kind. Highly recommend living here.

Back again for another great review. Today I was getting ready for an interview when I completely forgot to print out my resume. The front desk was kind enough to print me three copies, paper clips included, saving me from being late to my interview. I also had a chance to fully experience the on site amenities and boy they are almost unbelievable, the steam room, seperate sauna, spa, and two pools all kept very clean and tidy. After living in Austin for 2 years with somewhat disappointing complexes, I am proud to say I live here. It is stunning. Thank you guys!!!

I haven't had a bad experience yet. This is miles ahead of student housing. Maintenence is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. They also offer many things for their residents, like a coffee truck a few days out of the week. The pool and spa areas are also very nice and a good place to bring friends and family out to enjoy the day!

So far our living at SYNC @ Purgatory has been great. Our heater was out and they got us straight right away. Ashley & Chole are the best.
