Today was just not the day. My son has consistently buzzed his head at the end of every school year and then returned to his styled cut at the beginning of the next. We requested a buzz (level 1) all the way up to his hard part. Everything on the other side combed over with a high fade. And we got this weird patch. The girl told me that it’s what I requested. Then claimed “I didn’t touch that”. And obviously, she did. In addition, we used this location for the buzz cut in June of this summer. I’m super frustrated because now we have to wait another 3 months for this weird patch to grow out while continuing to cut down the rest of the hair we just spent 3 months growing out. I left in tears, but the manager comped my son’s cut.
