Went in today to get shoes for homecoming, and was helped by the associate Emily. She was very sweet and helpful and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. Definitely recommend this place!

The date of this review is 7/23/22 about the day before, 7/22/22. On Google Maps, it’s reported that this location closes at 9pm on Fridays (please refer to attached picture). When I get there, the store sign posted outside says they close at 9pm. So there was no reason for the doors to be locked when I arrived around 8:10pm. There was no sign posted that said they were closing early, that they were short workers, and the worker inside completely ignored me. She didn’t motion towards me or acknowledge me or anything. I drove from out of town to get to this outlet location to receive this treatment. The exact time of this encounter was between 8:05pm-8:15pm. Ownership, check your cameras and see that this review is 100% true. Also, please do better to update your signage or hire/pay people to do better than this.While the worker inside probably doesn’t care about how much I was going to spend and the company as a whole probably doesn’t either, but I was about to buy $2-300 worth of shoes.Pros: Good location in being part of the San Marcos Outlets and next to the great ice cream store, Dippin’ Dots.

So I was there yesterday around 5pm (12/27). When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t asked if I needed help, I wasn’t acknowledged at all. I wanted to see shoes on one side but the employees (specifically the male) were in the way just talking to one another. So I had to grab the shoes from the opposite side, it made me feel like I was interrupting THEM.. when they should be working and not standing around ?? I wanted to buy the snake skin flats but they made me feel so little I just walked out. I got the feeling that they thought they were too good to help me but honestly they just lost a sale lmao
