Dr. Lambert was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough- experienced and helped get my little one on the right path feeling better. I usually see dr martin but i’m happy dr lambert was there and happy to see her again in the future if dr martin is not available

the BEST vet clinic in san marcos!! dr. nowland and the techs are so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. their passion of animals really shines through in their work! they know that our pets are our babies and they treat my girl so well. i have so much peace of mind knowing that such smart, passionate, good hearted people are there for my girl. ❤️

Springtown has been great! We recently moved and needed a new vet to handle some time sensitive appointments. They were able to see our pets quickly and have been very supportive. Thanks so much!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the team here at Springtown. I've been with them a few years now and I recently had brought my senior cat when it was her time to go. Everyone was incredibly empathetic and considerate. They worked with us with whatever/however we needed, and it's safe to say I don't want to ever go to another clinic. A very big thank you to the staff and I would highly recommend for any visit.

Springtown Vet saved my KiKis (cat) life! She had a horrible tail injury. Dr Nowland suggested amputation would be best. She was there for almost 3 wks! The whole team was amazing! My KiKi is home now and I swear she thinks shes a Bobcat now! Thank You Springtown Vet! Many Blessings

Had such a great experience taking my 7 1/2 yr old pitbull after having bad experiences at a previous vet in San Marcos. They were not afraid to handle my dog and get what needed to get done done. They weren’t scared and hesitant like her previous vet and that’s exactly what my dog needed. My dog felt safe after the vet visit with her tail wagging and accepting treats. I am so happy I decided to try a different vet to take care of my girl.

Dr. DeVille first saw my dog in an emergency situation after being bitten in a fight. He took my dog in immediately and stitched the wounds. The follow-up was complete and my dog healed completely. I recommend anyone should take their animal to Springtown.

Dr Nowland was amazing .. we had taken our Carli to two other vet/surgeons to check on a cyst she had that our vet wanted a specialist to check .. two other vets just looked at her and gave us a quote for surgery .. Dr Nowland and tech Andrea actually drained the cyst and found a cancerous tumor below.. the tumor was tested and found it to be an aggressive tumor and not operable .. It’s not the result we hoped for but we’re thankful he actually gave us the answers we needed. Would definitely recommend Springtown and Dr Nowland.

always treats my cat with care and respect. i never have to wait for a long time and they are always super good at communicating. not too expensive either !

All the doctors at Springtown are great. I have several animals, so I’m there a lot. Dr Lambert and Dr Martin collaborated on my cat’s symptoms last time. I was so thankful they did. Dr Nowland is always so calm when treating my animals, so they are calm, too. Each time I’m there everyone is professional and the service provided is great. They take great care of my animals.
