Dr. Nowland is a very kind man, he helped me with a cat emergency making some decisions and went above and beyond the call of duty. San Marcos is Blessed to have such an ethical Veterinarian here in our community.

Super awesome doctors and techs! Always so helpful and nice. My kitty had some stomach issues and they helped us through the steps to finally figure out he has IBS and got him on the perfect medication! Communication is very good and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Dr Lambert and all of the vet techs are loving and caring. Dr Lambert saved the life of our precious little dog Bonnie. This vet clinic is very clean and we were taken care of right away when we got there.

They were a group of them and the doctor very good with Monkey and he liked his visit but not the shots he for gave them

I will no longer take my dogs there. They do not follow up and when I called back to give a status update that my dog is not feeling well the following morning, I still have not received a call back 5 days later! my dog has bladder stones and is in pain. As of now, I am still waiting for a call back. If you value your pet and their comfort, don't go here.

Very rude front staff. The receptionist was very rude when I asked to schedule an appointment. Was very sarcastic and when I asked why they were not helping me out, she hung up the phone on me. This was after I’ve been a patient for over a year and spent a lot of money on their services and products. Sad to say but I will be switching vets after this poor experience.

My bulldog was really sick and I thought he possibly had pneumonia. I called because it was conveniently located next door and they got Merle in within 15mins which was great. I was in and out, the vet was amazing and thoroughly explained what she thought was going on, prescribed meds and came up with a plan and we were done. Merle is doing much better and we had an all over great experience from the 1st call to leaving. I will definitely be bringing my dogs here from now on.

Amazing!! They were very informative about everything and treated my cat Bonnie greatly. they made sure i knew exactly what I was paying for and their prices are very affordable and a lot cheaper than I expected.

Everyone at Springtown is very welcoming and sweet! We followed Dr Lambert from her previous job to springtown. We live about 45 min away and would follow her because she is amazing and honestly the best! I can’t say enough about her! She is very good with all 3 of my dogs and it’s been amazing to finally find a vet we can trust with our babies!!

The vet techs here are incredible and the vets are very caring as well. My kitty has a lot of stomach problems and recently some skin issues. They were quick to get her in and when something didn't work they were quick to find a new solution that would work. They even text me to check up on her after her visits which is so sweet. They all have nothing but great things to say about my pets and are so helpful. I just moved to austin so I'm going to miss coming here! I hope I can find a place that cares about my babies as much as they do! Probably one of the more expensive vets in San Marcos, but well worth it
