“Today August 11th 2024 on a Sunday was a great day to shop the last day of the tax free weekend. I was at the Round Rock outlet store at first when I was looking for a particular sneaker Jordan 7's (1992) retro which wasn't in my size and I needed a 13 the store associate told me the San Marcos store had one left which was great so I called the San Marcos store and got Cam Medina she was great she told me they actually had them and I could get them and she held them for me until I got there and she said to ask for her when I got there and sure enough they were there so I was astatic to get those which I have been keeping my eye on the price for weeks and they eventually went down to a price I was looking for 89.99 -30% off which came down to 62.99 which was awesome the cheapest signature Jordan show I ever bought. Sam was also really nice when I came she helped me as well. I also ended up buying some Roshe runs for my wife at 20.97 which included 30% just a great shopping day all around I won't for get for a long time. Jumped on the highway beat from Round Rock, TX to San Marcos before they closed at 8pm to make it happen thanks again Cam Medina she was the best and Sam also. I will definitely come back to this location because of them.”

“Great selection of stores. Parking is always a cluster and traffic seems to always be backed up to get in. With the selection of stores I'd still recommend but go around 3pm or an hour before it opens”

“I walked in just to try to find a new pair of New Balance shoes to replace my old, worn-out ones. I was not expecting to get phenomenal customer service. An associate named Eddie went above and beyond in helping me search and narrow down the right kind of shoes that I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about which shoes would work best for how I walk and how the shoes would reduce the stress on my feet. He was not only knowledgeable, but he was diligent and patient in helping me come to the right pair of shoes that look and feel great! I highly recommend New Balance!”

LOVE getting my jeans here and knowing they don't mark the prices up to cover their expense of offering the free pair/pairs like Khol's does with their clothing.”
“Good shopping experience kinda spendy but I needed clothing to wear in the heat for work and they had a fairly good selection. Not much in the larger sizes but got a couple pairs of pants anyway. Would have been better if anyone had asked us if we needed help...and if they had more 2x-4x clothing.”
