Get rid of the older Hispanic woman with the arm tattoos. She was rude to me within the first minute. Then she awkwardly asked how I wanted it done and I said a #2 around the sides and back. She did it with a much longer guard and rushed it. You need to hire better people. I was insulted by this trashy woman and she didn't give me what I paid for. 0 stars out of 5

I have been going to sports clips for many years and not once have I ever had to request a certain stylist as everyone seemed to get my haircut right everytime. This time around I couldn't believe it but no name will be called out but I will definitely say I'm not going back to this particular sports clips again. The person who cut my hair, I can't tell if she was off her game, new, or just didn't care but she messed up my hair so bad I just wanted her to stop and said everything is good and left home to fix it myself. I have extremely thick hair and I'm sure in haircutting 101 you are taught to use water to soften the hair but nope just went in dry comb and all when I asked for water she just sprayed twice.

I got a pretty bad haircut today from a lady that was really rude and trying to just get me out the door. Good news is I found someone that cares about the client and will make sure you get exactly what you want. Even though I spent more than I should have, having to get a haircut then going to a new place to get it fixed, I'm so glad I never have to go back sports clips.

The lady was nice however I Brought my son to experience his first haircut at 5 years old it was long I told him all about the mvp experience and they didn’t offer it to him even after we expressed how it was not only his first time there but first time at a sports clips. Very let down

My Boyfriend and I went in so he could get his haircut, ( He has thick curly hair) The stylist took maybe two minutes to completely botch his hair to the point we will be buzzing it off. The Stylist was extremely rushed (maybe a total of five minutes in and out) and did not listen to what he wanted at all (a mullet with a trim on top and on the back). On top of the crappy haircut, She didn't even cut all of his hair there is multiple spots where she didn't trim the hair at all. What he left with was an uneven hack job that will most likely end with a buzz cut so his hair can grow back evenly. While I understand his hair may be difficult due to its thickness and curl, It is completely unacceptable what he left with. The final thing I'd like to add is she did not blow the hair off his head and neck so when we reached out truck he had clumps of hair falling everywhere. Complete lack of skill and integrity from this stylist.

Awful haircut told her to take 1 inch maybe 11/2 this blonde chick cuts all my hair off and told her to use scissors, she gonna go ahead and cut all my hair ty for making me look like a muppet on new years

Gabby did a great job! I went in with rockstart length hair, had to get it cut short for job interview, she took her time cut it right "trained" my hair to grow back to rock start length.. seriously best short hair cut i have had in 25 years of living in Texas. THANK YOU Gabriella I will be back!!

Showed up at 3:24pm to get my kiddo a haircut. Shows open online and so we made the drive…doors locked and location is closed. Would be nice to update your hour status online so people don’t have to waste their time.

Great atmosphere. My hair stylist was awesome. She took her time and did a great job with my haircut. We had great conversation and I found out she had just worked at my normal place in Boerne. Hopefully I'll get to see her there.

I had a sport clips in Austin when I was living there. Best experience ever. When I first came to San marcos several years ago, I don't know why I waited so long to return. Don't know why I wasted my money on that Piece of Garbage Great Clips. Where did you know one time a long time ago one of the stylists at Great Clips when I asked if I can get my head washed because im very sensitive about flakes in my head. The stylist at Great Clips called me out in front of everybody saying no and that I would clog the sink. That was the moment right there that told me no more Great Clips. That was the moment I returned to Sport Clips. Now everyone at my location is very cool. But most definitely my two MVPS are Gabby and Cresta. Gabby I've had since the very beginning and Cresta just recently as of a couple of months ago became 1-B. Both know what they're doing, both know exactly what I want and if you're looking for a great experience and great haircut. Also really cool to talk too both of them Gabby and Cresta=MVPs hands down
