I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years but after today, I can honestly say that I’m done with this place. The barbers used to do a good job at this location but the last few times I’ve gotten my haircut, they have butchered my hair. They don’t take their time anymore and try to rush through the haircut. I’m not paying them anymore money to mess up my hair.

Makayla really went above and beyond for me. Gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had and gave me styling advice as well. Very friendly woman and provided great service. Can't recommend her enough.

Excellent customer service by professional stylist! Makayla is an amazing stylist who possesses a very friendly personality. She does an exceptional job listening to her clients and ensuring they receive the haircut they want.

First of all the haircut was good and the stylist, Makayla was fine. The NEGATIVE review is for the fact that they sent me a promotion for a free haircut and at the checkout they proceeded to tell me that the promotion was already used back in January. The promotion period ended June 5th. The one I used in January expired in January and the district manager Maria refused to honor the promotion that expired in June. I am out time and the cost now of the haircut. The district manager Maria will not return any calls or text messages to negotiate this. This is parting ways ground for me and Sports Clips after a 20 year long relationship.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I walked in on May 3rd around 11 AM and was “helped” by a short Asian woman who made the entire experience uncomfortable from the start. She seemed more interested in giving me the haircut she wanted rather than listening to what I asked for. She questioned my choice of clipper size and how much I wanted trimmed off, making me feel judged the entire time.
Worse yet, she was rough and careless—despite telling her it was hurting, she continued and ended up cutting up the back of my head. This wasn’t just a bad haircut—it was painful and completely unprofessional.
Do not go here. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Steffen was extremely rude. And offered zero apology for making me feel unwelcome in this establishment. I suggest he learns to keep his moth shut and just do his job.

Ashlynn was amazing. Great person and amazing stylist. I did not have her product in my hair she made me feel like a million dollars walking out the door. I definitely recommend her.
I would have given her 10 stars if it was possible.
