As always, I entered the store with apprehension, but with Leonardos radiant positivity I genuinely enjoyed my time spent running a cumbersome errand today! He is absolutely phenomenal at patiently answering a million questions and soothing concerns. Michelle also played a huge part in brightening my day- she is not only a rockstar manager, but excells at leading her team by example and providing customer service exceeding all expectations.

Spectrum seriously needs to change how they do business. The right hand never know what the left is doing. Went in to exchange a router and was helped by L who said that the people we talked with about exchanging the equipment know nothing about the store and how they do things. So instead of replacing the router was told that the router and modem needs to be replaced. Not what we were told and now have to make another trip back to the store to return the old modem.One more reason to find another provider.

Been a Spectrum customer since Charter acquired Time Warner Cable in 2016. Service has generally been excellent until several weeks ago. For the past several weeks, my Internet has been cutting out serval times a week, sometimes for hours at a time. I’ve been told it was maintenance, an Internet outage, not an Internet outage, my faulty equipment, their system forgot my modem’s MAC address, their system cannot forget my modem’s MAC address, someone was out to repair my service, no one was out to repair my service, my download is OK but not my upload, my modem is offline when it’s online, and my modem is online when it’s offline. I’ve had appointments for service calls that were cancelled because they told me my service was restored, I’ve been hung up on, and I was offered a $20 credit to my account. I have another service appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but am shopping for a new ISP because I don’t expect my service will be repaired.

Parking is always available, and the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Check-in is easy, and there is generally seating available except during infrequent high volume days.

They keep going up too much every year for recurring customers. They charge new customers half of what they do regular customers. Find somewhere else. Absolutely outrageous internet fees. I will be looking elsewhere. They don't tell you they are going up either. They just slap you with a new bill. Almost 100.00 a month just for internet.

Training and service are horrible. Tried to authorize a Spectrum number to another Spectrum account . Young lady behind the counter said neither number was active. Yet I called the current number and it worked. Then I was told that the second number was not a Spectrum number. I checked that number and I was correct. Then I was told I couldn’t authorize the number at the store, I had to call customer service. When I calmly said “maybe I need a new provider”, she developed an attitude and impolitely dismissed me to leave. My last words to her and to Spectrum are “if you treat customers like that, they won’t come back.” That’s exactly what plan to do.

Spectrum needs to work on their customer service attitude. I talk to some guy named Ryan over the phone and tried selling me stuff and when I refused he end up charging me all kinda of stuff that I did not order. And now I came to San Marcos store to drop off my equipment. And the one dude who came to help me was like you have to take your box with you, but we can return the equipment for you. They are just so damn rude.

Tried returning equipment for a business account and they refused to help. They make you go to a UPS store which doesn’t exist in San Marcos. So glad I’m not giving these lazy, smug hipsters my business.

Way overpriced after the sign up special. Not worth 269.00 a month no phone. Associates couldn't give a care in the world. Glad to turn in my equipment and give my money elsewhere.

I had a box with equipment sent by Spectrum. The employee promptly pointed out that they could not take the box since it did not come from the store. This is probably not their fault, and it is probably a policy. Thanks for never failing to amaze me with your terrible customer service Spectrum.

Just like others have noted,No continuity through departments. Customer service representative says one thing that works for us. Go into Spectrum store & In store associate disagrees and won't help. Now I’m left with a bill I shouldn’t have because of misinformation. Will recommend anyone I know to never get spectrum. Terrible experience.

I use a competitor ISP to Spectrum. New neighbors just moved into my duplex and got Spectrum installed on August 1st at around 5pm. The Spectrum van parked on my side of the driveway and cut my service line (coming from a different pole). I had to have my ISP come out to repair/restore my service. Spectrum willingly sabotages competitor services at the expense of consumers.

Spent 3 days looking for Spectrum mobile. Two stores on line do not exist??? Staff here helpful but did not solve my iphone problem. Said familiar with VIA transit system but didn't know what bus stop # is. Oh well overall product is acceptable. Would I recommend? Absolutely.

Horrible. I've been having to keep unplugging and restarting my modem three times a day. What the actual fuck. And you call yourselves the best your NOT YOURE THR FUCKING WORST company to exist. I only have you cause where I live it only has spectrum. Honestly your equipment sucks your service sucks. You're just a god awful company who shouldn't even be here. It was better when it was time Warner cable. But since your management doesn't care about it's customers only money I DO NOT WANT A TECH TO COME TO MY HOUSE. I'd rather die than do that. Maybe if management could learn to do their job maybe shit would actually work. But no it's to hard so you know what fuck spectrum!!!! Horrible service horrible everything
