I bought two bras and spent $160.00. I called them ahead of time to see if they provided bra fittings. I arrived at the store and the young lady at the counter had me lift my arms in the middle of the store and she measured me and told me the bra size I needed. If I'm going to spend that much on a bra I would like a decent bra fitting. It's worth it to drive to Dillard's in Austin to have a decent bra fitting in the privacy of a fitting room where every single aspect is measured. I am glad that I have saved my receipts because I am returning these bras. They're ill-fitting and extremely cheap in quality.

Was able to find exactly what I need. I have a hard size that I can’t find in regular stores. They always have it here.The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. Love shopping here.

I needed new underwear and nightgowns for an upcoming trip. An enthusiastic sales lady, Sam, offered to help me as soon as I came into the store. Since my weight had changed during Covid, she measured me and brought different styles of bras into the dressing room for me to try on. I found two nightgowns and then she helped me select underwear that matched the nightgowns. The prices were great and the service was fantastic!

I usually love Soma stores, but this particular location is not my favorite. However, Sarah was amazing and super helpful. If you go to this location let Sarah help you out. There was a sale and the cashier and who I believe was the manager seemed to be upset because I wanted to make multiple purchases while in the store. Mind you, after I made my first purchase, I went back through the store while my cousin was being rung up and found something else I wanted to buy and grabbed it. I paid with cash and handed the cashier the money, she then lays my bills on the counter and drops the coins into my hand which then fall onto the counter. This could have been a bad day for them, but customer service should always be key. I won't spend anymore of my hard earned money here.
