Charles Austin is a great man. He helped me get to state every year in high school for high jump. My senior year I won first place! He works very well with others and has things figured out, for sure. In my experience, he has always been full of wisdom, patience, respect, and encouragment. "Stand tall!"

Terrell is the absolute greatest Trainor! He is supportive, hilarious, gets results, and makes time fly by. He also understands how difficult it can be to lose weight or go through rehabilitating an injury. I've seen clients that he works with, on their level. He can work with anyone that has a disability to a star athlete. Charles and Judy also work at the gym and are always giving encouragement. You can not get any better than this! And the track and gym equipment is not the standard stuff. It is for performance enhancement. Terrell makes everything I do there fun and we laugh about all the needy stuff I'm into. He even can help me with healthy eating tips, when I care to listen. Lol It's the first time I have ever enjoyed going to the gym in my life!!!!

Here right now website and their front door say close at 8pm it's currently 6pm and not a car in sight, if you're going to run a business at least be on board with the hours you made.

It is a sports and fitness training facility with focus on sports training one basketball court multiple free weights and machines Olympic gold medalist Charles Austin owns it and friendly staff smaller gym with membership required unless you just want to pay $5 for the day. Never crowded at all
