It's called the sunrise market now. Best tacos in SM. Total hidden gem. All the construction people know about it. That's how u know it's the shit. Get the spicy salsa. You won't regret it. Also the sweetest ladies inside, they are so nice and welcoming and seriously make the best tacos in town. Thank you sunrise market! You are my favorite forever!

Went for some chips and French onion dip. Noticed the date on the dip when I got home and it expired 7 months before in December of 2021. Check your dates when you shop here. They don't cycle their stock or remove items that have expired.

The breakfast food was nasty, eggs dried up, the lady’s helping the customers got offended because I told them their food was not fresh, she got real nasty!

Awful service and the prices are always high. Even now the actaul gas price is 10c higher then what is posted on apps and google maps. Hate that the cashiers openly FaceTime and listen to videos with both headphones in while cashing people out… multiple times I have been here and they could not here what pump number I was saying it was frustrating. On top of that they price hiked their gas so fast when there was shortages. The two other nearby gas stations were almost 25c cheaper

Crazy expensive gas. The only reason I didn't score 1 star is they posted the price and I was a knuckle head for not looking at the .10/gallon above the going rate. My bad so I went in to get a fountain drink only to find that didn't work! Why should I even have bothered...

Not a review of the gas station but of Poco Loco. If you have been to the Poco Loco in Kyle this one in San Marcos is a major disappointment. It's fine as just another Quickie-Mart and has all the expectations of a gas station attached convenience store. While there are some food offerings and groceries among the typical gas station fanfare (quart of oil, etc.) the Kyle store on Windy Hill Road puts this one to shame.

A-ok. Have stopped a couple times to gas up, this was my first trip inside. Saw no cleaning chart posted, but the ladies' room was very clean at 2pm on a weekday. Hot food bar, lots of frozen drink machines, the sundries sac n pacs used to regularly carry (pet food, detergent, some basic groceries) as well as fancier juices and MREs in an open fridge. Plenty of liquor choices. Looks convenient for folks on Hunter who don't want to run all the way to/deal with traffic at H-E-B or Target. As with most things of convenience, you will pay a surcharge. 1L soda $2.49, 4pk wine coolers $5, not outside what I'd expect to pay. I like they kept both registers open as long as people were waiting--some places will let an enormous line build up before anyone can be bothered to jump on a register--and all the employees I encountered were polite. Spacious, clean.
