I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve come here. Been training for a long run for a few months and they are helpful here in talking through what I’m needing and looking for. Today, both Laura and Macy were especially helpful today from start to finish. Highly recommend this Saucony store!

The employee young man was very helpful. My son is currently in the Army and we had alot of questions for the perfect running shoes. He helped us to find the perfect fit.

Back to visit as I was definitely needing new footwear!There were two young men there, and both were pleasant , attentive and helpful! Very happy we gave this place another chance!Hopefully our next visit will be great also, as we now have been here multiple times, with the visits being almost even as far as good and not good.I purchased two pairs, and one of the employees asked if I knew one pair was a wide width and the other was a standard width. Great catch and good looking out! I was aware, but this is the type of service that keeps customers returning to a business, staff that is knowledgeable, attentive and on top of things!So why 4 stars and not 5? Due to the inconsistency of service on each visit. Also, one of the young men went to look in the back for a size I needed, but apparently they didn't have it and he neglected to mention that until I asked a second time (in fairness, he was helping multiple people).All in all, I would recommend shopping here. You're experience within the first 3-5 minutes of being in the store will probably be indicative of your entire experience, you will either be greeted by helpful staff or the staff will not acknowledge your presence and instead attend to their own matters. If the former you will definitely be win over, if the latter, I would suggest ending the shopping experience almost immediately.

I bought my shoes at the store, they didn’t have my size in stock so they offered to placed the order in the store and have them delivered to my address. The carrier mark them as delivered but they never arrived. I contact saucony.com customer service they said because the purchase was made at the store you have to call them, I call the store, they said call the carrier and submit a claim,I called the carrier they said call the sender of the package and let them know they have to submit a claim.I told the store about the resolution from the carrier,and they said there’s nothing we can do, you have to submit a claim with fedex. Update, After speaking with the zone supervisor , they have sent my shoes at the store for pickup. Changing to 3 because they did provide a solution, although It took a lot of calls.

Walked in when they were super busy, great customer service and made sure to find me a pair of shoes that are right for my feet. Bought multiple pairs and because they didn’t have my size, they were able to order my shoes from another store and they arrived at my front door 4 days later with fedex. 10/10 service

Shopped on a Monday at 11:30a and I was THE only customer. Sales guy was very grateful to have me. ????I had my old shoes that had over 500 miles so he could instantly see what kind of runner I am. My old go-to shoes were discontinued and he suggested two different ones that he felt were comparable. I bought last year's model. I've run 10 miles in my new one and they're great!

First time buying from this company and I will not be buying anymore, the delivery takes way too long. First they take a long time to send the order then I was sent a tracking number for FedEx, my order was supposed to arrive 9/15/2020. Today 9/15/2020 I checked For an update and now it says delivery will be 9/18/2020 mind you that I ordered on 9/7/2020. In total I will be waiting 2 weeks for this order Even though when you buy, it says Fedex ground 3 business days, this is unacceptable.

I ran into the Manager Randy who is so knowledgeable and loves their products! It was so refreshing to meet a shoe salesperson who really knows about tennis shoes! I run and need knowledge when making a purchase! I am not just buying shoes to match my clothes....I am buying shoes to better my performance and keep myself away from injury. Great store!

Still A-ok.My comfy dog walking tennies besides being worn on the soles had started to wear on the toe so I did the responsible thing and ordered online. The two pairs that arrived were too small so I'm here shopping in person today.They've got a max capacity posted at the entrance and the aisles/checkout taped for distancing with clear directions. All employees were masked, customers too. The layout is a little different than last time, but I found what I needed. The store sale was BOGO 1/2 off, not stellar, and the clearance wall wasn't very clearance either, cheapest I saw was $60.In the regular aisle I found a couple ladies' styles at $39.98, grabbed my size and walked to the checkout where I was waited on promptly. Efficient, friendly and correct sale, hooray!Back in the car, swapped out my shoes and they fit! Mission accomplished! Quickly looked up the style as neither the box, receipt, nor the display (that I recall) had original MSRP--highest was $114 at WalMart but most shoe stores had them at $60-75. So again, not a deep discount but I didn't have to buy two, I found an affordable pair, and I am more than happy.
