Took bike there to be worked on and this bike still doesn't run. Real polite people with lack of communication or skill. I believe there are better options than these backyard toy wrench turners.

My companion and I stumbled upon this fine establishment while trekking on our adventure. As we scoured the fine motor vehicles, the one and only Phil blessed us with his presence and informed us that he would deliver any assistance if we so needed. He then gave me an offer I couldn't refuse on a stunning helmet crafted by only the finest blacksmiths. 10/10

Mannnnn I love this place. I thought Phil deserved a shout out so I literally came to leave a review bc he’s so awesome, and apparently my idea wasn’t original at all. Shout out to Lynn as well. They’re all great. I’ll never take my bike anywhere else at this point.

Bought a 2017 R6 here and Phil gave me great service and made the process so easy on top of that he gave me an amazing price. Phil even helped me out with some issues I had with the power commander FOR FREE. 100 % recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing a bike or doing service, both worth a 5 star review.

Lol. Phil is too smart to do a bad job. If one of the mechanics makes a mistake, then these guys are happy to hear your complaint, likely to fix the issue without hesitation, extra charge, or hassle, and will continue to be consistent whether you decide to be happy or miserable about your experience; Professionalism at its finest.
That said, my experience here hasn't been, "Perfect," but I've certainly learned enough from both working on my bikes myself and having paid for labor that EVERY PENNY SPENT HERE was absolutely warranted and likely worth half as much, or less, at any other mechanic in the greater Austin/San Antonio areas.
Again, nobody is perfect when it comes to this type of business, but Phil and his crew are damn-sure are as close as anyone can come. Your money is well spent here.
You shouldn't be riding motorcycles if you are too soft to handle the truth. You'll receive truthful expectations here, and, realistically, that's about the best you can hope for from any auto-mechanic ?
That's not even mentioning the fantastic prices they have on new/used rides here. Find a better price, I dare you.
They also don't mind sharing advice when you want to do repair work for yourself.
I could talk all day about how awesome bikes AND San Marcos Motorcycles are. GO THERE. You won't regret it.
The only thing I'm sorry about is how long it took for me to leave an honest review! ?
