I have tried to get haircut here twice now. I have not scheduled an appointment because on the website in big letters, it says Walk-Ins welcomed. Both times they have said they are fully booked. No one in store, only one person cutting hair and others not. Walk-Ins are not welcomed, so then how do you grow to new clients?

The owner is amazing!!! My son got his haircut while on vacation. Such a great experience and haircut. Will be back very soon!

I have to say I am disappointed, I have been trying to come to get my hair done from here because it looks like a very cozy and nice place but unfortunately I have not been able to book an appointment, so when I finally was able to have time they were "busy", when no one was in the establishment except workers. When a company says that they do walk ins you would expect them to live up to that. Especially when there are customers that may not have time to schedule an appointment. This is the second time I've had time to come and do a walk in and when I walked in the lady was just on her phone sitting down doing nothing. There was no customers and it wasn't busy at all, she greeted me, and when I asked if they were doing walk ins she said no. I asked her "when do y'all do walk ins since this is the second time I've came and y'all have been "busy"" she said "usually when we are not busy or if someone cancels." I understand busy times, however if it says on your establishment website that y'all take walk ins then you should live up to that in some way. If not then it should be taken down to not confuse potential customers.

I’ve been coming to Jana for twenty years. She is a seasoned pro who does it right. And she still has the passion and attention to detail that you want in a person you trust with your look. And even after my hair is cut, I just like her. Jana is always interesting to talk to and easy to support because she just works so hard. Best hair salon in this whole area.

Nothing more unwelcoming than showing up at 10 AM to locked doors then calling and being told they are booked for the day. A little ironic as I was looking at the walk ins welcome sign. If I can't walk in at 10 AM on a Wednesday for a haircut when can anyone ever walk in? Maybe time to take down the walk ins welcome sign?Edit to add, called them to see when the earliest appointment was and it was 10/6. Is that a joke? So anybody who shows up to this salon for a walk in appointment before 10/6 will be showing up to a locked salon and denied service.

I’ve gone here for hair cuts for almost 10 years. I recently started going in the last year for regular cuts and colors with Stefany. The best hair stylist and fairest pricing I have ever found. She always understands what I want and goes above and beyond my expectations. Will never leave here!

My wife and I have been going here for several years now and it’s the only place we will go. Stefany is our hair stylist, and she does a great job making sure we come out with exactly what we ask for. All the staff there are really nice and have a great dynamic. Would absolutely recommend coming here regularly!
