Very honest people. My desktop was having some issues so they looked at it for two days and ran a bunch of tests. They couldn’t figure out the exact issue but recommended some fixes. Didn’t charge my anything, but I made sure to tip them. Went home and one of the solutions they recommended fixed it. Seriously recommend them if you have any computer issues. Very clear about what they are trying to do and what you will be charged for.

Just finished a custom gaming PC build with Mike. Fantastic experience! As a woman, I usually dread working with tech sales and support people, as the experience is usually full of condescension and sexist sales tactics. Not at all the case here! From our first conversation, Mike was friendly, informative, and responsive to the specifics of the project. Throughout the estimate and planning time, he was collaborative and provided plenty of explanations and information to help me make solid decisions. He didn't try to unnecessarily upsell me and the final cost was very fair—far less expensive and more custom than the build-a-gaming-pc-websites. The PCs are gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend San Marcos Computers!

I was very impressed. I received same day service on a laptop that had a dead hard drive. They were able to retrieve all the data on the dead hard drive and clone it to new drive. All in less than 6 hours from drop off.

San Marcos Computers is the best! We have used them for 5 years since we retired while my husband teaches online. They diagnosed my daughters computer issue for free! She attendeds the university and could find them easily. Very pleasant staff that don't like Velacoraptors!!

Excellent service. My laptop was unfortunately irreparable, but the staff was extremely helpful in explaining how and why. The diagnostic was free so I didn’t have to spend anything to be told it couldn’t be fixed. I have no doubt that had the problem been fixable, it would’ve been done well. I’ll definitely be returning in the future if needed and I’d recommend to anyone with issues in the area.
