(The Taste and Tips Employees on the floor are amazing) but the higher ups it’s another story!!!! The way Joanna and Marla treat the employees on the floor is ridiculous and blows my mind how people could be so rude to an employee and mistreat them the way they do the amount of attitude they always give these poor employees is horrible but they continue to hand out samples with a smile on their face and still get treated like dirt by these two women …update one of the higher ups named Joanna just fired a pregnant worker for eating her food honestly honestly what is going on with taste and tips treating their workers like complete garbage

First off, staff has always been amazing. My issue is with the store. I'm a teacher and we use Sam's to supply concessions and for school events. I'm always the "alternate" pick up person as the school account is used for ordering and I have NEVER been able to smoothly get our order. I've had to wait over an hour more than once. I always have to go in or call. Now I usually go in because calling leads to being on hold for 10-20 minutes if not longer. There needs to be a better system that let's the alternate pick up person check in with the order number via text or their own sams account.

I'm new to Sam's and live alone so I never joined. There was a 1/2 price deal on membership so I'm giving it a try. So far, very nice lady at entrance helped me with scan and go and it's super easy. Lower prices and closer than regular store so I'm very pleased.

Experience with the vision center has not been all great. I ordered contacts on the 18th of April and was told they would be delivered 3 to 5 business days. I call back the following Thursday the 25th and was told we should receive then Friday. Still nothing Saturday morning. I called to see what is going on and was told they were on back order and will be here Monday April 29th. We'll that is way past 5 days and now I have to pay for shipping to get them to my husband that will be gone Monday morning. I guess once the new Costco is open I will no longer be dealing with Sam's. What poor customer service.

It is clean and well stocked! However, the auto floor sweeper needs to move out of the way when parked in front of freezer doors, so frustrating!
