I got my hair done here and the lady burned my hair and she knew she did so she didn’t even style it and it was right before my college graduation. Do not get your hair done here. I did get my hair done here so don’t tell me what I did and didn’t do, I was just too nice to post the review, but if I can save someone’s hair I will. Thank you

I made an appointment online and arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. The stylist who I had an appointment with told me she was running 15-20 minutes behind and told me to go “grab a coffee or something.”
I arrived back to the salon after 15 minutes and waited. A half an hour after my appointment time my stylist was still working on the client she had in the chair. I asked her to cancel my appointment and I left. Not a good experience for a first time client. I won’t be back.

Just had my first hair appointment in a year after 8 solid years of terrible salon experiences here in San Marcos. Mandy was absolutely amazing and super talented; she gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this salon!

It was my first time getting my hair done here and it was great. I had Mandy and she’s a wonderful stylist and conversationalist. I had really long hair and I wanted to cut 2 ft of it for a charity. I showed Mandy a picture reference of how I wanted it styled and she did a damn fine job. I love my new hair and I got a lot of compliments on it. Thank you Mandy ❤️

Casey is my superhero! I moved to Austin and still make the drive back to San Mo to get my hair done here because I love Casey's work so much. I have a hectic, busy schedule, so Casey's scheduling app makes it easy to ensure I get an appointment that works for me. I truly feel like getting my hair done here is an act of self-care because the environment is so comfortable and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

I loved my time getting my hair done by Casey at Salon Therapy!! They are so friendly and really care about their clients. My hair looks amazing and I'm just so so happy with it. She revived my hair, I never knew it could look this good! Thanks Casey!!!! 10/10 recommend going to Salon Therapy in San Marcos!!

I hate to be writing this review after going and since everyone here is so sweet and it’s not like me to put anything like this but just want for people to know. I was debating for about a week on if I should say something because everyone was so sweet. The salon is very professional and is very well decorated, very cute overall. The stylist are super sweet and will talk to you while getting your hair done and all seem to know what they are doing. However when I went my hair got fried and is now gummy and falling out, to where I had to dye it a different darker color so that it wouldn’t be as noticeable to see where the hair is broken. I understand that these things happen but I just had to say it since my hair keeps falling out where it’s fried and so I feel like I had payed money to lose and break my hair. The hair didn’t start being noticeably fried until the day after.Services: Haircut
