They made us to wait at least 20 min even though there was only one customer inside. I was with my baby outside and asked about what is happening. They told us that their policy and regulation is to make sure the manager should care each customer person by person and there wasn't enough manager inside. Obviously that was stupid excuse so I asked where that regulation is and they could not prove it.
I am not sure all of Saint Laurent shops are like this but I am sure that this shop should care more about customers and get some respect and manner. Don't buy anything from here. You will regret it and the women manager that I talked with should need to learn and be professional when you work.

This was our second time at this store. Our first time at this store was 2 years ago. I didn’t find what I liked. The staff greeted us but didn’t help us but we were not followed or treated differently. This time I found something I like and Danielle helped me with the purchase. She explained to me how products are shipped to this outlet store (full price boutique vs. outlet stores) and advised me of the products (color, features, material) I was looking at. We were offered water. She allowed us some space to select what we like and came back often to check on it. I enjoyed the experience!
But I have to advise though. This is an outlet store for YSL. Just don’t come in here and expect you will find what you are looking for and in the color of your choice! I was lucky to find what I was looking for exactly!! The bag I bought was the only bag in store.

I agree with other customers that they treat you differently if you are of color or don't look rich enough! I've bought 2 handbags from this store in the past whenever I visit the Austin area. I happened to drop by at this store today on a Monday afternoon. The store was almost empty but the security guy inside had me wait outside inspite of barely 2 customers inside and not all sales rep being occupied (I could see them chilling from the glass window). I was upset and told him off that he shouldn'treally make me wait uncessarily given that the store is empty and I'm a regular customer. They may want to train their staff to not judge based on biases.

Got scammed today here I bought a 339 dollar wallet and they charged me 421 dollars I was in my phone and didn’t realize until later that I checked my receipt that I was charged for a different product I’m so upset and angry bc you go to this kind of places trusting the service quality of the brand

I own several Saint Laurent bags and have never had an issue shopping at their stores until I visited the San Marcos location. I felt very uncomfortable shopping here. Employees follow you around and they don’t allow you to take pictures of bags. I’m not from here and like to take pictures to send to friends and family in case they want to buy anything while I’m in the area. If you are a person of color beware! They’ll treat you differently.

Tavo is a treasure to Saint Laurent! His customer care is beyond superior to any other. The Manhattan boutique was dismissive and uncaring. They should be retrained by Tavo on client care and experience. I can’t thank you enough for all your help!! For background I have the tan canvas tote and water spilled on it creating a water stain. Tavo was helpful trying to see if the company does cleaning and suggested the Manhattan boutique being I live in NJ. The Manhattan boutique had zero interest in helping a client. Just told me to go to a dry cleaner. When Tavo heard that he helped me with suggestions for bag restorations and if I needed anything else to reach out. Five stars for Tavo!!
