At first they changed my rate about 20% more after I gave them all the information they requested and accepted and processed a payment
They then decided to send me multiple letters from corporate saying they're dropping me 4 months ago or so and then they say just ignore them.
Now a week before I need to find new insurance. They dropped me for no reason other than having right-hand drive car. I know many people who have State farm that have right hand drive cars. Sounds like laziness to me. Very unprofessional.

Always gets back to me in a timely manner, if not available when I call. So nice and eager to assist. Have not ever so far had any problems. I moved to Texas from Delaware last year. I had Sate Farms in Delaware. Ryan Powell made my transition so easy. Not much I had to do, They did it all.

These people took money out of me ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!!! Took money two week in advance out of my bank and now I’m going through whole case on getting my insurance money back that they took without my consent!!! I’ve been doing my best with working with everyone at this location, but enough is enough!!! I want answers on where my money went!!!!

Ryan is absolutely amazing! He’s so good at his job. I was having some issues with other people and he looked into my account and worked so hard to get everything figured out. He did not stop until everything was sorted out for me and I ended up with a lower insurance price overall. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know who would have helped me the way he did ! It’s obvious he cares about his job and helping people. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan really stepped up for us after we hit a deer with our two month old vehicle. Ryan set to work and contacted the right people at State Farm after we were initially told the vehicle did not meet total loss threshold. When we learned some critical components were on indefinite back order his engagement helped State Farm move this to total loss. What could have been an indefinite nightmare was resolved within 30 days thanks to Ryan's help!!

I was shopping around for auto insurance getting quotes of over $180 and ANDREA did an amazing job helping me find some discounts to bring my monthly bill down over $50 and constantly follows up to make sure i am up to date. Highly recommend this office!!

I spoke with Jacob at this office and he's been nothing but extremely helpful. I decided to switch renters insurance providers and the amount of money I'm saving with State Farm is insane. He's answered all my questions and provided me a better understanding of how it all works. 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone looking for a change for the better.

I had the same car insurance for years. My premium was going up $20 a month this year so I started my search. State Farm matched my previous coverage and cut the premium almost in half. Jacob R. Contacted me within minutes of my submitting a request online and was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. I asked for a few days to get a few more quotes before I finally decided on State Farm. The service I have already faced has been amazing and the prices were the best out there. I’m happy to be covered by State Farm.
