The place is a great place to shop at has great clothes and very clean BUT I lost my keys and I told the security that if she had seen them because we left them in the cart and put it back and we’re about to leave and well the security was right in front and we ask if she had seen anybody get them but she said no so we were like ok can we check the cámaras or even make an announcement and she said no only call the manager and we said ok call her and she was like she’s right there and we were like oh ok and we went checking around the store and asking and well nothing and the security lady kept giving attitude and we were taking to her in english and she was like don’t talk to me in english and my aunt was like but you understand it and she was like no and so my aunt was like I am not going to fight with someone older than me and she kept giving attitude and then the manager came and was like what is happening? And the manager looked through the things you give back and found them so the security was very rude.

Well organized and tidy. Decent pace of customer service lines. They are open late as well, and that is always a plus.

This is only my 2nd time in this Ross’s in San Marcos. Surely my last as well. All i wanted was a price on a shirt before I sat in line. Asked worker on floor, no habla english. Go to prevention officer. This woman with blonde hair standing doing nothing, suggested i cut in line in front of 8 ppl. She was so rude. I left about 100$ stuff. Went on down to Marshalls. Horrible experience for someone who never shops. Now i remember why i dont shop.

I had my toddler in a shopping cart with the stuff I had picked out for him when an employee comes up and tells me I can't use that cart because it didn't have a pole on it. Why is the cart with the other carts there if people can't use it??? The employee was so rude about it too, treating me like I was shoplifting or something. So I had to empty my cart to give to her and carry my toddler and everything I had picked out. You'd think she would at least bring me the correct cart? She came off rude and incompetent. I didn't end up buying anything because why would I?
