Genuinely the worst experience ever, if I could give a 0/5 I would. My car got towed, which was fair because I did park in a non visitor spot so I wasn’t upset. I called them at 6pm whenever I discovered that my car had been towed to confirm they had it and the guy on the phone tells me that I can not come get my car till the following morning. I also had other people listening to the phone call that can confirm this conversation. I know tow company employees go through a lot so I made it a point to not come in hot or rude. When I came in the next day at 9am and told the lady up front what I was told on the phone, she had the audacity to call me a liar to my face and was extremely rude whenever I asked basic questions about my car/payment. She called her boss then claimed that whoever was on the phone told me to come in at 10pm which is FALSE, then had the audacity to say, again, that I am lying when I told her that’s not true. Very very unprofessional and rude, especially when I know I am not lying, and why would I? They also tried to charge me way more than the original amount I was told on the phone as well. I finally got my car but the lady was very rude about it. I’ve been told tow companies are slimy places and I tried to go in with an open mind, but in the end this place is exactly like the rest, greedy, scheming, and slimy. Whoever gets towed next, I wish you luck and don’t let them push you over like they tried with me.

Calll them to please come to help me with my vehicle. Never showed up called them every 15 minutes and the girl kept saying there on there way should be there in a bit.after an hour I finally canceled. Didn't have to lie to me if they couldn't come out all they had to say was we cannot help you at this time. So I will never ever call them or recommend them to anyone. Badbusiness living to a customer.

Towed car from my apartment even though the parking permit was on the dash. When I asked for documents they refused to give any despite saying they had them, I was told to take it up with my apartment. Once I arrived at my apartment complex I was told they should have given documentation to me at the towing company. When I was showed the photos submitted to my apartment they did not take a photo of the dash yet argued with me over the phone. I mentioned that this seems to be an on going issue with people who live at apartments based off of reviews and the man proceeded to not let me speak and said to worry about my own car. You would think they would be a bit more professional considering this seems to be a repeating issue. A complete scam, and they had the absolute worst attitudes from the first phone call, I tried to be cordial but it’s hard to not argue back when you’ve had 3 different people fighting with you like children.

These people are GOOD people! My vehicle is actually being towed right now so I will follow up with a final review after, but honestly I called Rios towing because I called every towing company available , I didn’t know what to do when my car just stopped working in town! Out of all the companies I spoke with not only did Rios towing have the best rate, they were kind and understanding! In the midst of a crisis like having your vehicle quit on you and having to worry what could be wrong with it the last thing you need is someone to price gouge and or be rude or mean, RIOS TOWING is considerate kind and they care!!!! God blessed my search for a tow truck by leading me to Rios Towing and I hope they receive many blessings in return???

Asked this place to tow my broken down vehicle and they didn’t want to tow it. Lazy staff, drivers, do not recommend. Don’t use this company.

Not reliable called to have my vehicle towed we agreed she said it would be about 35 minutes never showed i called back & she said they went to a diff call & would have to reschedule us.

Not only is this a corrupt towing company the people are extremely rude. I'm thankful I was able to pay for my car because I almost wasn't able to pay for my car and their answer instead of giving you a break maybe giving you a discount because you're struggling they instead say oh well, we're just gonna charge you more because we're keeping your car safe, super fucking rude and my biggest issue with it is that my car is filthy and has a tiny bit of damage from where they forcibly towed me even though I was parked in guest parking with a parking pass. They still towed me thanks for nothing. Close your business down you're not a helping anyone

Incredible. Called and within 20 minutes Anthony was there with a smile and conversation to distract from the situation. He was so kind and FAST. I was home within the hour from break down to calling to towing. He is very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and his equipment. Very cordial and nice during the interaction. Will be using his services if I’m ever in need again (although I hope I don’t!)Service: Car towing

Rio’s towing rocks ! My sons car died on the highway at 3 o’clock in the morning try to getting our insurance to tow it home wouldn’t tow it because the key was not left in the vehicle. There’s nowhere to put the key because the card died and can’t even open it.! Called up RIOS TOWING And got a response ASAP and they’re on the way to tow my car without the key! Ty Jesus for awesome people / awesome customer service ! You guys are the BOMB! May the GOOD LORD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU GIYS ???

got towed from my apartment complex, only to find out they used a wheel lift truck on a four wheel drive car, damaging the center differential, not to mention leaving it with very noticeable white scratch on the front bumper. when i showed it to the more than incompetent and ignorant front desk person, they proceeded to come over, take pictures, then try to tell me the pictures they just took were the same pictures they took earlier in the day before bringing my car in. then after leaving, the driver, i'm assuming this anthony rios character everyone in these reviews has come to know and love, calls me and tells me to come back and "handle" everything now that he's there because i "threatened" his front desk lady. yeah. okay. i just paid you $122 dollars to damage a car i've had for a month. but right, telling her she's a blatant liar is definitely threatening. learn how to do business buddy, there's a reason you got your license revoked not long ago. lol, and according to a hundred other reviews, nobody else likes you either, learn how to stop running your mouth and have fun at your rinky dink shop

My car was on the side of the road for TWO WHOLE DAYS because no towing company would come get it since i had the keys and I had no way to get myself and the keys to the car. Rios towing co came out, hooked my car up WITHOUT THE KEYS, all in a matter of minutes. I didn't get the name of the gentleman helping me but he was very nice, patient, professional, and understanding. They all deserve the best in this world. Would use their services again. 10/10. Wish my insurance company wouldve called them sooner and this whole nightmare wouldve been over with TWO. DAYS. AGO. Thank you, Rios Towing Co! I reported this fraud to the city and they said his business got shut down. He is now under RGC towing. Don’t use unless you want to get scammed. He goes around and tows people he thinks should be towed. No requests no permission. It’s like he acts like parking police for his own profit. When he responded, he was unprofessional with incomplete sentences, spelling and grammar like he doesn’t understand what he’s doing and why it’s wrong. Won’t be surprised if the city comes at him again. Best thing to do is avoid this and any company affiliated.Service: Car towing
