My vehicle was surging at moderate speeds as if it couldn’t decide what gear to be in.
They were great about explaining what my transmission needed and why. A fluid flush and new filter fixed the surging.
They didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, they were quicker than I expected, and they were friendly.
I will use them again.

Definitely my go to shop when I need a problem diagnosed. I had taken it to a different shop but ended up bringing it to Riley's for a second opinion, because the previous shop told me I needed a new transmission when I didn't. Everyone was very kind and professional. Riley's transmission shop won't take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Plus, the problem was fixed and my Jeep is no longer making any noise.

I am giving Riley's five stars for going above and beyond to fix not one of my vehicles but a second vehicle. I had taken my Altima to a shop (different local shop) to have transmission fluid and filters changed. Upon taking the vehicle home, dash warning lights came on and car would not go above 25 MPH and I was on the highway. Upon recommendation from a friend I took the car to Riley's where they troubleshot the transmission. Being a hybrid the previous auto shop had put in the wrong fluids. Not only does the transmission work like a champ but when Riley's test drove the vehicle they noticed a sound coming from my front end so that bad part was replaced . My 2008 Altima drives like a new car again. Thank you so much as you have my business for life.
My second vehicle had a limb fall on the roof that activated the system that shuts off fuel to SUV. The key had broken when I tried to start the SUV. A lock smith came out and made a new key but didn't program the SUV correctly to where the SUV would start. I took it to Riley's and yes, you guessed it, it was diagnosed, new key made and programmed and all my problems fixed. Just fast reliable service and fairly priced.
Bottom line this business is fair, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I would recommend this business to all my family and friends.

Over the years we’ve taken two trucks and a jeep here. Riley’s has replaced an engine, fixed a transmission, and replaced a rear end. I don’t think I could find people who care as much or take the time like they do. It’s great when the work is done right the first time!

I got my transmission replaced and only given 90 day warranty. It's been 6 months and now I need to get my car fixed from the transmission, AGAIN! Austin automotive specialist says they should've gave me a 1 year,12000 mile warranty. Paid 2,500 dollars. One thing I hate to do is talk bad about anyone, but we must warn those not to get cheated out of their hard working money. God bless ?.

This "shop" seemed kind of useless. Decided to give them a try and the first impression was the worst. Could not even take the time of day to remotely try and help. Did not even invite me to bring my truck in to have it looked at. Just got some cheesy answer of the fluid level. All ready done with this place. Good luck to anybody who gives this place a chance

I purchased a 2013 RAV4 for my daughter to drive to work. The test drive didn't reveal a faulty torque converter. Toyota's recall had expired and the dealer's price was excessive. I thought that a transmission repair shop would be the best option. I contacted Riley's and was very happy with the results. Joan asked significant questions and advised me of possible additional services that may be required. Fortunately, the torque converter was all that needed to be replaced. Joan kept me informed and they finished the job in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

This place thought they could strong arm me into replacing a transmission on a 2017 dodge ram 2500 when it only had 130,000 miles on it. They didn’t put it on the lift !!! All he did was drive it around and tell me I needed it replaced, also said because he knew what he was talking about he didn’t need to put it on the lift. Bunch of crock

The Riley’s rebuilt the automatic transmission in my 1999 Isuzu after a few other shops had declined the job. This team is very knowledgeable and acts with integrity. I’ve since driven ~1000 miles and the transmission is going strong.
