The store was very prompt friendly and worked with you. Amber was amazing customer service was on point. They made sure we found what we were looking for and even sent pics to help us make a decision but delivery guys Luna and Nick were very careful with the delivery and help set up the furniture. I would recommend this store 100%

I had the most wonderful experience with this location. From paperwork to delivery date it was awesome. Amber is super helpful and polite she goes above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of my delivery even came a day early thanks to her. And my delivery guys were amazing thank you Nick and Luna they were super polite professional and respectful they took the time to make sure everything was how I wanted it. I totally recommend this location.

I had Paul and Adam come and deliver a washer and dryer today and for starters the delivery was on time with what they quoted me, it was also very fast and efficient even though they had to walk up a flight of stairs, both men were very respectful, professional and above all they were super nice, 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to Rent something.

I have been with rent a center for a little over 2 years now and I love the experience. Always so helpful and willing to answer any question we may have. We recently had to move until we can move into our new place and they were accommodating. I am excited to reach back out to them to get some new living room furniture soon.

Orlando & Paul brought my couches in and both are very fast and respectful and answered all my questions.. We have purchased items in the past from Rent A Center and will continue to buy. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for your hard work..

Paul, Orlando very friendly, respectful guys that came and drop off or pick up my stuff didn’t damage. Felt bad because I’m on the second floor didn’t complain or anything. I’ll give them more than a five star, also Rebecca was great on the phone helping me out through all my stuff & help me set up my entertainment center, Thanks Rent A Center for hiring now.

IM SO EXCITED TO SHARE MY STORY WITH RENT A CENTER!! I ordered a bed (so heavy) & a couch with some tables & lamps( even heavier)! This is my first time ever financing furniture & it couldn’t have gone more smooth! Orlando & Paul brought all my stuff upstairs for me! MIND YOU I LIVE ON THE 3rd FLOOR!Not only did they make my first time investing in furniture the easiest thing I’ve actually done in adulthood! But as a young adult I highly recommend using RAC , mostly because the people! Pricilla , Rebecca, most importantly Orlando and Paul , THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS HASSLE FREE! (For me, again I’m so sorry for having lived on the 3rd floor!) thank you so much for everything’ YOU GUYS ROCK!!
