Went in for transmission fluid flush. JOSE at the front desk was so knowledgeable that he informed me that based on my complaints the car didn’t need a service but a recall done. Found me all the correct info, saved me $250 and had me on my way in 5min. Amazing service.

EDIT: So on top of everything I list below, it wasn't even a correct diagnostic. They told me I needed a new gas cap, but the next time I was getting my car washed I wiped it down around the gas cap where it had gotten really dirty and the engine light has been gone since.
I've come to Reliable Automotive for all my car needs for the past 6 years, they took care of me countless times, now not so much. I remember one time in particular where a skid plate was knocked loose and hitting my tire and they popped it back into place free of charge, saying that they didn't have to do much. Yesterday, my check engine light came on, they said it was just a loose gas cap, had my car maybe thirty minutes. 100 dollars they charged me. When I came in I saw a bunch of unfamiliar faces, looked like a new manager too since the last time I was there. Don't go here, diagnostic fee be damned, tightening my gas cap and telling me to go get a new oe one from the manufacturer is not 100 dollars worth of service. And my check engine light i still on, they didn't even repair the issue. This is why people go to Autozone I guess but I thought this was a mechanic I could trust to not run a scam on me.
One of the other changes I noticed was they didn't even call me when my vehicle was done. They texted me a link to a chart that didn't even make it clear what the issue was I had to call them. What a way to complicate things and remove the customer service, the service I got as a whole this time was apathetic at best.

Needed my front turn signal bulb replaced they took care of it in 30min and without charge. If I have any more mechanic issues I’ll be bringing my business here.

BEWARE OF SAFETY VIOLATIONS. We made an appointment through Carmax for Monday to have a diagnostic done on our vehicle for an unsettling loud sound the vehicle was making. Reliable Automotive did not touch the van until Friday and said they could hear the sound but could not trace it to anything and we needed to just pick it up.
Upon driving it, after they attempted to diagnose it, the steering alignment was off so horribly that the van started to wobble side to side on the highway. With my children scared in the car, I was forced to pull over and drive slowly with hazards on to take it back to the shop.
Both my husband and myself spoke to Robert who insisted they did nothing wrong and we would have to pay for them to look at it again. We explained this major safety issue didn't occur until after it was in their care but Robert refused to budge or be of any assistance to us unless we paid them.
We are now having the van towed off their property to be assessed somewhere else because it's no longer drivable. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had and a real shame that Robert was unwilling to do the right thing. He showed zero compassion or caring for our family's experience.

Andrew and his team of experts have been excellent to my wife and I the moment we walked through the doors. The staff and workmanship has been top notch. Since the wife and bought a cash car for her daily commute we are unsure of the purchase I made. I expressed my concerns they literally took the ball and ran with it. Took care of the vehicle and got my little Mazda road ready and safe for the wife to drive. Ever since they always take care of all my vehicles. They remember our names and make it feel like we own the place. I can’t say enough about Andrew and his team but thank you for all you do. We are deff a loyal customer for all our vehicle needs.

Found this gem by chance and glad we did. We took my daughter's car in when it overheated. They called the same day with a quote and it was fairly reasonable. Since my daughter doesn't drive much we didn't notice until a few weeks later while sitting in a drive thru that it was overheating again. We called and they were glad to take a look at it. The part wasn't working correctly so they replaced it no questions asked. Glad to know we have a place to go that we trust. Great customer service and highly recommend!!
