Mechanic was awesome friendly and informative when I asked questions regarding concerns about my vehicle. Car is driving great very pleased with the work done in a 24 hr turn around is amazing! However front desk associate was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in to the moment I paid, didn’t understand why and it felt very unnecessary.

Great work, great service. Very friendly and professional. First come first serve, so get there early.
Took my Tundra in for an alignment, they knocked it out quick and it was a very reasonable price. I'll be back.

HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT
I took my car to get the brakes checked out due to some squealing. When I went back for the car come to find out that my brakes are actually in good condition! They were really honest with me about it and explained what could be causing the squealing despite them being in good condition and that it wasn’t anything to worry about. They could have easily lied to me and charged me to fix a problem that didn’t exist, I’m grateful they didn’t and that level of honesty and integrity is worth rewarding and recognizing!

by 8 a.m. there were already two cars in front of me so I had to wait. The thing was that they gave me a heads up and I knew what to expect. I had called several other places and they told me to bring it in and they would get to it right away, but when I let them know I only had an hour because I had an appointment afterwards they told me I should schedule it for another day. all three places like called said the same thing so it sounded like they like they wanted the business but we're going to keep me waiting longer. I appreciated the fact that Quick Align was up front.

When I retired and moved to the San Marcos area, I asked my close friend and auto shop owner who I should trust take care of our cars since he wouldn't move down here with us. After researching he came up with Quick Align.We have used Bill and Eric since we moved down here and I cannot say enough good about them as people and a business. We have always been taken care of and, today, when I left I felt it was time to give them a reference. I highly recommend and trust Quick Align for your auto mechanical needs. I have been treated professionally and always given help when I had questions. I was lucky that we found someone here we could trust as much as we did with the company I used before retiring.

I took it in for an alignment at 7am. I was, fortunately the first customer there. They got right on it. It took around an hour. They made the adjustments necessary and I was on my way. They informed me of the repairs and I was on my way. It would be great if they had appointments. Very happy with the overall experience.

I needed a very difficult part to find and Bill researched and found it! He kept in touch during the process, which impressed me. The part was installed for a lot less than the dealership would’ve charged. I highly recommend this place for your auto work!
