It is currently Sunday. On the hours poster it says they open at 1:00pm. It is currently 1:23 and they are still not open. This is very unprofessional.

Employees are Very helpful and have plenty to choose from. Prices are reasonable but it is very congested with other customers. Very limited walking space. Kinda hard to look at stuff when ppl are blocking the displays due to the line to check out .

I love this Store, my daughter and I enjoy picking out extensions and beads and all kinds of fun accessories. The owners are so kind and have allowed me to return unopened packages of hair when I've purchased the wrong color.

They really need a website at this point! I go to this place all the time, and it has a vatierty of beauty products. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the wigs:(

This store is the best beauty supply in town! It only loses one point because their products are not always consistent. They have all the staple supplies but certain brands may come and go from the store. It can be chaotic in the store at times but it’s worth it because of all the stock they have and the family that runs it. This is my go too store for buying braiding hair, wig products, turbans, rubber bands, brushes, heating products, weave, clip in ponytails. They have everything you need to get your hair looking right.

I arrived 10 minutes early because I needed to grab braid hair and get back to Austin. They opened 20 minutes late. I watched 5 people leave. Hard to find things in the store. Stuff is everywhere...boxes on the floor. They did put on some blues so I'm giving one star for that.

I LOVE THIS STORE! I've been shopping here for at least 12 years. The selection is great and prices also. The owners are very knowledgeable of the products offered. The selection of hair, wigs, and hair products is great. Without this, the store local people would have to drive to Austin for haircare. They also fix watches, sell makeup, hair accessories, clothing, and sunglasses. A great family owned place to shop!

Pretty disgusted they were smoking cigarettes in there. I couldn't stay long. I've been here many times before they weren't smoking before. I would have given it a five stars, but smoking in your establishment? That's a great way to have customers never want to come back. They have a great selection but I couldn't stay long enough to look I was gagging too much

The people who work there are super nice and the store always has what I need. There have been many times where I’ve shown up 5-10 minutes before close to grab something really quick and there is still no attitude or looks or anything. The hair is final sale so just make sure you ask questions and get exactly what you want! :)

??? SAN MARCOS LOCATION ???I will never shop here again!! Wig had an extremely bad odor & I couldn't return or exchange!! Very unprofessional staff as well!! I spent over $200 for a wig that I can't do anything with because even after washing it, the smell just wouldn't go away!!
