Mattress shopping sucks. There’s 100 different models, 100 different terms salesmen use to try and say their models are the best, and you feel ripped off every time they mention a high price but can do you a deal by taking some off. I spent the last week reviewing every online store, every manufacturer, and every mattress store in Kyle looking for something I would consider a fair exchange. I should’ve started here. I walked in and worked with Clayton who not only gave me the pros and cons of each mattress, but also looked for any applicable deals/discounts without any need to threaten to walk out. I truly feel we were reviewing which mattress best fits my needs together rather than someone looking for an upsale. I ultimately do feel I got the best deal in the region from this store. If you do not include this store in your mattress shopping search, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

This place is absolutely amazing! They had this Easter event and customers could go on an egg hunt. Prizes ranged from a candy, a coupon, to a free pillow! Luckily, we found both of the free pillows and they gave them for completely free! Every worker was extremely nice too. Their quality is the top of the line! For an amazing night sleep and extreme comfort, choose Purple. They didn't pay me to say it so I really mean it!

Best store I've ever been to. I went and they explained the technology to me, which made me feel welcome. Then, I was allowed to test the beds and they were absolutely amazing! I won a free pillow for their Easter event too, which was AMAZING. You should definitely test their pillows and beds out, you wont regret it! will definitely come back to buy a mattress too soon!

I bought a competitor’s brand of hybrid mattress in October of 2022. At the time my back issues necessitated a firm mattress to give me the needed relief. That mattress was good enough for the time, but in December of 2023, I finally got the lumbar fusion surgery that I have been needing for years. However, after my surgery, I found that I needed a mattress that would give me more pressure point relief at the hips, while still providing support to my lower back. I looked at every single competitor’s brand and tried them all. Nothing seemed to do the trick, until I tried the Purple Restore Premier Hybrid! Matt at this store was very helpful and patient as I went from mattress to mattress, and he explained the differences and benefits of each, even going as far as making sure that I knew that I was eligible for a military discount. I received my new purple mattress yesterday, and I had the best and most comfortable sleep that I have had not only since my surgery, but in years. If you have back issues and pain, I highly recommend you come see Matt at the Purple Store and get back to getting great sleep. Tempur Pedic doesn’t even compare to Purple in my opinion!

(I am writing this on behalf of my husband as he is the one that handled the business, I only approved the mattress :D)Just bought the Purple Restore Premier Hybrid queen mattress. Salesman Dustin was able to answer all questions that I had and was professional throughout. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and wasn't pushed for upscale. In fact Dustin even helped find the best deal within my budget. If you're in the market for a mattress and are considering a Purple I highly recommend this team.

Had a fantastic experience with the team! I was in the market for a new mattress and thought I'd check out Purple after hearing great things. The sales team were extremely helpful and patient in letting me try out the various models. We found a great solution for me at an unbeatable price, and after the first night's sleep I have absolutely no complaints.

I am a die hard purple fan. I have slept on the original for 4 years and moved it across states. I even claimed that mattress should my husband and I ever divorce. Needless to say I was devastated when we moved internationally and had to sell the bed. 9 months later were state side again and the first thing on our list was a new purple mattress.Cue up Matt and Scott at the San Marcus store. Purple has changed a lot since our first mattress. They were awesome and walked us through all the new mattresses and even got us an INCREDIBLE deal. We were sold the second we laid down. Scott also helped us find the perfect pillows. And they both helped load it into our car. I'm not kidding when I say I've never looked forward to going to sleep more than I do right now, and I cannot thank them enough for taking the utmost care of us.

Went “just to check out” the mattresses to see if we liked the style. Dustin greeted us upon entry. We went thru a few options while he explained different styles and prices with us. We ended up buying 11 items, including the mattress! Dustin went above and beyond to help us. We set up a pickup time & date and everything was ready for us when we arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service from Mr. Dustin!

Wow. Just wow. The sales guy was absolutely fantastic. I unfortunately forgot if it was Dustin or Justin ?? but I did not forget that he was amazing with me and my wife. We went in to buy a new restore premier and because of his knowledge and how well he knew our current mattress he got us to get a factory second mattress that was a firm one that we hadn’t even thought of! If he was just any other salesperson they would have just let us buy what we thought we wanted, but instead he was smart, helpful, intuitive, asked the right questions and all in all I ended up spending around the same amount for a new mattress but got the 2nd, sheets, duvet the works all for the same price! Just fantastic service all around!!

Super comfy beds! Matt gave us a great rundown and helped us try each of their options (there's a lot). He also patiently walked us through their crazy good outlet deals. They even had some beds that were half off!
