I went and got full coverage on my car. Turns out their insurance cannot be accepted because they listed excluded drivers and they would not refund my full amount back. They said since my car was covered so many days. No it wasn't! I had to pay insurance where I got my car since theirs wasn't accepted. I feel like I was screwed through their system.

This is one of THE WORST insurance agencies I’ve ever come across AMBER was incredibly obnoxious acted completely unprofessional and out of line when I asked her to work with me and she was quick to say ACTUALLY your payment was due this day.The way she said was clear she was only gonna do her small obligation of what she felt she needed to do and not make ANY effort to help the situation.Instead of making the effort to help her attitude was more scrutinize the customer instead of helping.She was so petty and immature like just because they don’t want to wait a couple days for a payment.I even offered to do a partial payment like she was still incredibly rude.Don’t waste your money or time

One star because no stars is not an option. Stay clear of pronto insurance. I staeted my policy on a Friday, paid the premium that was requested only to find out from my lean holder that my policy had been cancelled. I called and spoke to a representative and was told my policy had been cancelled the next day. I drove around for a week thinking I had full coverage insurance on my vehicle but didn't because she had cancelled it. I requested a refund for the over $300 that I paid to start the policy and was denied that. Pronto refused to give me my money back and cancelled my policy. I never got a call stating my policy had been cancelled by Pronto. The excuse I was given was that they were trying to " get everything worked out on their end". So basically they wanted to CYA before they told me my policy was cancelled. STAY CLEAR of PRONTO, they will take your money, cancel your policy and refuse a refund.

They where suppose to be open at 8:00 am. I called no answer. Finally right when I was getting ready to leave The representative called me back. He had been asleep and forgot to open the store. It was after 9 am. I didn't give them my business. Truly in professional and irresponsible.
