I took my 12 year old son today and Olivia gave us exactly the style of haircut I requested (my son is particular). She was very good-natured and skilled. Everyone on the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. It seems harder to find places that take walk-ins these days so that was also a nice perk to coming here. We'll be back!

Lena did a great job for me. I called and she fit me in at 4:30 on a Saturday. I'm really pleased. Afterwards I got my nails done next door. Presto, all new me!

Cami was so sweet and did an awesome job on my 4 year olds first haircut! I hope to have my boys haircut by her the next time we go. Unfortunately the front desk receptionist clicked something wrong on their system and I wasn’t able to leave her a tip from my card ? that was a little disappointing. Also, maybe a little more training with the front desk receptionist, the topics of conversation were a bit inappropriate for the setting. Sweet girl though. Seemed new to it all.

My son got a great cut and got to sit in the airplane. Only waited about 15 minutes. Stylist took her time and did a great job.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t advertise walk ins if you don’t have them! I went in with 2 little girls, age 4 and 1 and I specifically asked if they have time to cut my daughter’s hair. The receptionist said yes and it would be a couple of minutes. Anyone with children know time is precious because kids get restless. Don’t lie and say it’ll be a couple minutes when you know that’s not true! Time is money so I’m sure you know how it goes. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. I understand if you have prebooked appointments but why lie and say it’ll be a couple of minutes?!? 45 minutes is not that! Not only that I saw a lot of staff just in the back so staffing was not an issue. Don’t come here for kids cuts.

Will definitely be recommending this place. Cami was so helpful with recommendations for my damaged hair. She was so nice & she did a great job with my hair. She really gave me that fresh renewal my hair needed to thrive. ?

If I could give 10 stars I would… I walked in with a bob (IM A GUY NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR) that another hair salon left me. I went into premier thinking they most likely were gonna have to just cut my hair extremely short BUT sarah I believe made the impossible possible and shaped my hair very nice and got rid of the bob for the most part.. Thank you sarah! definitely will be back in the future if needed!Service: Haircut
