Drop off is easy, and my packages (I send hundreds) have never come up missing or damaged. I don’t know why the other reviews are so poor but my SMTX mail route folks are always fantastic and kind.”

“I appreciate our Kyle post office. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent with our mail. They have NEVER in 23 years lost a package or mistakenly delivered any of my packages to another mail box (unlike many other ground or air mail businesses I have used). Therefore, I no longer use any other delivery service, and have told the people who work at our post office how greatly I appreciate them. I just want everyone else in our area to know that they are the best!”
“It's a typical post office... If you made an appointment for a government PIV card/fingerprinting, there is a separate queue inside the post office near the clerks. I would suggest getting there very early, and keep your head up for workers grabbing PIV applicants (it seems like first come, first serve!)”
