Lower prices to wash which is good. The place is cleaner since new management took over. Though machines (washer&dryer) are still iffy. Twice my clothes didnt dry completely

There are more mosquitos inside here than outside. Also met some very “interesting” characters.

It's not the coolest and location is kinda eh but it's no more expensive as any other and it's hardly ever busy
