Planet K Texas is a cool place with a fun atmosphere and lots of artwork outside. It has a big selection of tobacco products, accessories, and cool novelties inside. The layout is a bit smaller and cramped. The customer service is always 100%, with very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff who answer any question professionally. However, service can sometimes feel off-putting if staff are not fully engaged.
