Don’t go here. Gentleman was rude on 7/11 and has no customer service experience. Place says 50% off exclusions apply but barely anything was 50% off. With no one always in the store MOST everything should be 50%z

Visited this store today and was never greeted appropriately. As we walked in we were immediately told “so y’all know we close in 20 minutes” We can only assume they met their daily sales goal and our visit didn’t matter. The employee added “it’s a school night”. If you can’t handle work and school, make a choice. This was our first visit and we will not be returning. The entitled girl didn’t thank us for coming in either. The store was empty and possibly for good reason. Customer service is a thing of yesteryear. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Poor service.

I've been tk the store once before after being gifted items here and I liked them so much I decided to go myself to shop. My first experience was great and I enjoyed my purchases. I recently returned to buy a couple polos. One shrunk after my first wash. I tried to return the item to exchange it out for another just a werk later. I was told they could not except the return because it has been worn once and the associate has said none of his shirts from penguin had ever shrunk before. Now he can tell prospective ahoppers that their items are known to shrink. My large shirt now looks like it would fit a 10 yr old. I won't be shopping here again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff and manager are rude, all have some superiority complex. Clothes and vibe of the store would have been great if not for when I had to check out and interact with those rude individuals.
