Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Two locations worked well with one another when I was looking for a printer. Nicest employees I have met in a while. Will buy from Office Depot again!

Wow Office Depot, how the mighty have fallen. I went in looking for a wired computer keyboard. I checked the Office Depot App, found a few options, checked if it was in stock and was sure I was going to be able to get there before the store closed. I hop in my car and make the ride over to San Marcos. I walk in and there are two employees working. I am walking around the technology section like a lost puppy. I noticed they have a limited selection of keyboards in stock and not the ones that were on my list that I had checked previously to make sure they had. I finally grab one and sit in an office chair in the middle of the store to check the Office Depot website again. Once again, I am completely ignored. After being fed up with the lack of customer service, a young woman in a Rockport sweatshirt asks me, "I can ring you up over here." I explain to her I am trying to find a keyboard. You can definitely tell she is really not into helping me at all. I start showing her items through the app. She reluctantly asks for the item number so she can check her handheld. She tells me of the 3 keyboards I was looking at, they are all "online order only". Wait, What? Your website said they were in stock and I could pick them up. Apparently, she was aware that the website was wrong. I then try to ask her what keyboards were available, that I did not want to spend $150 on a "gaming keyboard". She tells me, "There are all over on isle 3." Really? Is that the level of service you are going to provide to your customers? You could have pulled out a tablet, looked up what you had in stock and filtered on what I was looking for and then maybe point me in the direction. Nope, She only said I could find them over on isle 3. Classy. I then explained that the stock they had was few and far between. Instead of offering any other help, she suggests I go buy it somewhere else.
If this is the level of customer service that you are going to get going to Office Depot, it is no wonder that the store is empty. I am better offer buying my office supplies elsewhere. The two young girls working there also need to probably find work elsewhere because their customer service skills are lacking with the ignoring of customers and the "Hey Mr Customer, you can help yourself. Those products are over there."

I looked at an office desk that was on sale, came back the next day to purchase and the sale price was gone. The manager said he would not honor the price. I called another store and was told they would honor the price, but I had to prove the sale price (REALLY).I then looked the model up on amazon and purchased it for the sale price (from Office Depot) WTH. AND delivered to my front door!

Today was especially busy for me and I needed business cards desperately by tomorrow for a networking session and the team at the print station was so amazing! I was told no promises they would be ready today but my cards were ready much sooner than later!!! I’m on my way now!

Haven't had this horrible of an experience with a company in a very long time. I just wanted to send a blueprint job for pickup. They wouldn't let me do that by phone. The online app wouldn't let me set it up for in store pickup. Support left me on hold for nearly an hour, transferring me 3-times. The last guy hung up on me because I didn't want to be transferred back to the beginning. It's no wonder these guys are going out of business.

Warning, do not try to get something copied if Max is working at the New Braunfels location. It was an exercise in futility! He could not understand that I wanted to copy something at 150%! Even left it to pick up following day, left my phone number. Do you think he called me when he had a question about it, NO he did not! When I came in to pick it up, he didn’t do it. Had to wait in a long line while he screwed up two other people’s orders. Finally left very aggravated. Terrible experience!

Ordered prints online for them to call me back the next day and say they cancelled my order. They wanted me to order it a more expensive way to get more money from me. I have ordered numerous times for years from other locations who have done it. I know it's not against policy and she tried to say they aren't suppose to do that. No thanks, I will take business elsewhere since you are trying to cheat the customer!!!
