Thank you K at the print station. Figured out why my order got canceled last minute and still got it done by the original pick up time. My athletes are going to be so happy to get their achievement awards and it’s because of you! Customer service is top tier!!!

Damn this store sucks. Tried to make copies of legal size document and had to pay twice as much because machine has confusing menus. CSR said just put in and it will adjust paper size. WORNG!!

The store is dirty, messy and barely has anything. They only have one employee for the whole store and he did not know the correct answer to the printing cost services. The self service printing area is disgusting. Very dirty. Didn't have any supplies to use like how they used to before (paper cutter, staples, etc) The printers barely had ink. Will never go back to this location. Fyi. To print a black and white sheet (front/ back) is 20 cents but at your local library it's free. So just go there.

Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. They couldn’t print a document for me because “it has too many layers and is freezing our computers”, rather than offering solutions or recommendations on how to fix the problem they blew me off and rudely told me they can’t do it.

Very bad service. I was in need to receive the fax, they said ok, I said that my fax will arrive in 2-3 days, they said yes, no problem. When I came to pick it up they said no ma’am we can’t receive the fax if you are not here. I lost 2 weeks of my time and it’s was deal breaker for my business.

I needed something at the print area. I had one guy direct me to another spot of the store so I was wandering around and then I returned to the counter and got another guy. This guy knew his stuff. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and fast, he took care of what I needed and was very polite and professional. I told the guy I was so impressed with what he did for me and so knowledgeable that I am happy to give a five-star to the guy at the print counter named Dalton. This guy was a whiz on the computer and came up with some good ideas to solve my issue. Thank you!

Today I walked into this store trying to print some labels I really needed, I am so grateful that Landon help me. I was down to 2 label pages and was concerned about them not printing right. He is very knowledgeable and realized the file was saved incorrectly and fixed it. I walked out with the labels I needed printed beautifully. Thank you Landon!

Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Two locations worked well with one another when I was looking for a printer. Nicest employees I have met in a while. Will buy from Office Depot again!

Wow Office Depot, how the mighty have fallen. I went in looking for a wired computer keyboard. I checked the Office Depot App, found a few options, checked if it was in stock and was sure I was going to be able to get there before the store closed. I hop in my car and make the ride over to San Marcos. I walk in and there are two employees working. I am walking around the technology section like a lost puppy. I noticed they have a limited selection of keyboards in stock and not the ones that were on my list that I had checked previously to make sure they had. I finally grab one and sit in an office chair in the middle of the store to check the Office Depot website again. Once again, I am completely ignored. After being fed up with the lack of customer service, a young woman in a Rockport sweatshirt asks me, "I can ring you up over here." I explain to her I am trying to find a keyboard. You can definitely tell she is really not into helping me at all. I start showing her items through the app. She reluctantly asks for the item number so she can check her handheld. She tells me of the 3 keyboards I was looking at, they are all "online order only". Wait, What? Your website said they were in stock and I could pick them up. Apparently, she was aware that the website was wrong. I then try to ask her what keyboards were available, that I did not want to spend $150 on a "gaming keyboard". She tells me, "There are all over on isle 3." Really? Is that the level of service you are going to provide to your customers? You could have pulled out a tablet, looked up what you had in stock and filtered on what I was looking for and then maybe point me in the direction. Nope, She only said I could find them over on isle 3. Classy. I then explained that the stock they had was few and far between. Instead of offering any other help, she suggests I go buy it somewhere else.
If this is the level of customer service that you are going to get going to Office Depot, it is no wonder that the store is empty. I am better offer buying my office supplies elsewhere. The two young girls working there also need to probably find work elsewhere because their customer service skills are lacking with the ignoring of customers and the "Hey Mr Customer, you can help yourself. Those products are over there."
