We purchased a couch from North Carolina Direct three months ago and found a small defect in the fabric. We called the store and a technician was immediately sent to inspect. He noted the flaw and that section of the sofa was promptly replaced with a new one. Later we notice the fabric was frayed on two cushions. Again a tech was dispatched and confirmed that shouldn’t happen with normal use. Gary (the manager) contacted the manufacturer - who wasn’t very responsive so he told us we could come in to pick out another couch of our choice! Everyone we spoke to was considerate, helpful and pleasant from the sales people (Kim Williams and Joanna Martin) to the inspectors, delivery crew and Gary, who made the final call.If we buy any more furniture North Carolina Direct will be our first stop! They stand behind their products and have exceptional customer service!

I bought a dining room set here and it took a very long time to get here and after having it for a couple weeks I can tell the quality of the furniture is subpar. The table has cheap veneer and the chair cushions, which I had to pay extra for, are very uncomfortable a noisy. I was told my set is a very good quality set of furniture but I was deceived. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. It's over priced and poor quality.1 year Update - this set is very poor quality. We decided to not even sit at it because it was just falling apart. It's chipped, scratched, and rubbing off. Every chair has damage on it just from sliding the chair up to the table. Anytime someone slides a plate or cup on the table, it scratches really bad. Very disappointed with the quality for how much money we spent on this. I have suggested to everyone I know not to buy anything here and to shop elsewhere.

They were so much more then helpful to get me the parts I needed to fix dad's lift chair while nobody else in the area wanted to help because I didn't purchase chair from them , they still gave it their all to find the parts and the price was way less then I was expecting!!! Thanks yall

We were in the market for living room furniture. NC Furniture has a wide variety of chairs, sofas, love seats at competitive prices to other big box furniture stores. We purchased a sofa/love seat made by Flexsteel. Very sturdy yet beautiful and made in USA. Delivered the next day - great customer service. While shopping David was helpful, answering questions but not pushy or in your face. We will be back for additional furniture when needed!

Robert Cabezuela was amazing! He was very helpful, showed us everything we wanted to see, and very honest! NCFD has so many options, beautiful, and quality furniture for all your needs. We were on a time crunch and he was so good and patient with me! We were in and out in an hour and got our furniture same day! We love our new sofa and entertainment console! Thank you Robert!

Great work with and competitive in pricing. Delivery of new furniture and removal of old was much cheaper than what we found in San Antonio. Most stores won't take old furniture away.

North Carolina Furniture has a lot of selections and is an extremely well-run family-owned business. Our sales rep John was great in helping us pick our new bed set and tv console. He is very knowledgeable and was very kind and patient to answer all of our questions in detail about the material, care and longevity of all the products we were interested in. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the process.
