Great quality dresses with a variety of styles and amazing dressing rooms! I have shopped there twice for my Homecoming and Prom dress and loved both dresses! Friendly staff and atmosphere. I recommend <3!!

Went in to take a look at some dresses today at 5PM. As soon as we walked in, the little girl behind the counter approached me to tell me that the dressing room closes in 20 minutes. There were about 15 other people in the store and the store didn’t close for another 2 hours. Bizarre.Rapidly picked a couple dresses to try on. Went to the dressing room, and she follows me in to tell me the dressing room closes in 10 minutes. I get it girl.. why do you think I’m in here. She proceeded to STAND OUTSIDE MY DRESSING ROOM. I gave up. I didn’t even try on the 2nd dress.I will never go back and I will never buy a dress from there. Should have read the review first. Garbage.

We went to New York New York dress shop because it was listed on the Andrea & Leo Couture website and we were looking for a specific dress by this brand. While they did have a good selection of prom & special occasion dresses and a reasonable price, we did not find one dress by A & L Couture and that was our main reason for taking the trip down from Austin. If you are looking for a bargain price special occasion dress, then this might be a good option but we were disappointed because it did not meet our specific needs.

Store closes its doors before their posted hours online and on the door. Makes it difficult for those that have drove specifically 30 minutes out to shop at their store.

Very rude staff. They close at 9pm on Saturday but put up a janky typed sign that says they close at 8pm instead. Fine. It was 7:30 and they already had one door locked. My mom wasn't even through the door yet when an employee says we close at 7:30, we're like ??? Y'all close at 8pm. And then some random other rude worker came up to us shortly saying "the dressings rooms close at 7:30" and that's all she would say. I asked multiple times "so is the store closed or not?" She wouldn't answer me and kept saying the dressings rooms close at 7:30. Very rude and lazy workers. All the bad reviews previous to mine are true. Don't go here.

Bought a dress for my daughter and made sure they took the security tag off because apparently it's an issue judging by reviews. Drove home and found out there was another one. Drove back (my house is in 30 minutes away) and I explained the worker that it's frustrating to drive back and forth just to take the tag off. She said "alright" took the tag off and handed the dress. I said "can I get an apology at least?" And she goes "I didn't check you out!"So... do not recommend shopping on this store!!

While its great that they hire mentally incompetent people, they really should have someone supervise and correct all the mistakes that are made... how hard is it to remove a security tag.... guess i have 2 hours worth of driving in my future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here are obnoxious. I was with my daughter shopping for homecoming dress and of course she wanted to try some of it. We were aware the it says only three pcs. at a time. So at that time we have 6 so I told to try 3 dresses while waiting for her outside the dressing room, then she texted me if i could help her and then of course I have this 3 dresses with me so I basically hang it on the clothing rack which is close to the dressing room and this person stop me and she said stop "I'm not allowed to hang this dress in the rack " I said I'm just gonna help my daughter real quick then ill come back and get it" and she insisted "No" because im not allowed to. And I said IT'S RIDICULOUS I'm literally right here. And I'm glad I met another mother who's nice enough to help me to carry this dress, since this two person couldn't offer to hold the dress. While insde the dressing room I can hear them talking about "US". After this incident I talked to this person in front of the dressing room I asked who's the owner of this company and she said" I don't know" (of course with the mean attitude) so I can make a suggestion and review. And she said " Go ahead I'm sure they'll love that". And I said I'm sure they will. Never coming back here AGAIN. I WISH THE OWNER CAN SEE ALL THE REVIEW AND MAKE CHANGES ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Have a wide assortment of nice formal dresses. I was there looking for Mother of the Groom dress. They also were having a 60 per cent off sale .
